In all my years of ordering items off of Amazon and being shipped through FedEx in Alaska, Florida, and Washington. I have never seen such pure laziness from a FedEx company or hub as I have in Gulfport every item I've ordered off Amazon that has been shipped through FedEx arrives either 2 to 3 days late or 2 to 3 days late in the middle of the night. I don't understand what's so wrong with this hub, but it is fucking ridiculous. Since I moved to the Mississippi, I have never had a package by FedEx delivered on time. They have absolutely no regard for the customer. They have a weird AI chat bot that blocks you from speaking with a representative. I keep having to pick up my deliveries from them. Stolen package! from the located at 68 Corporate Dr., Gulfport. A package arrived all the way to this location. They said it was damaged so I either had to come and get it or they were gonna send it back to the shipper. I drove 30 minutes to get it and it turns out they don't have it any longer. They said they threw the whole package away, but they wouldn't let me search in the dumpsters. The package contained money and gift cards. Why would they throw away a whole box that they said that they were gonna have to return to the shipper? I have issues every single time I have something "delivered" with this fed ex.. one time they "couldn't deliver" cause they said the label was messed up.. a month later after sending it back to where I ordered it from , they still had multiple issues.., now I'm on my 3rd day off of work waiting for a package that never cones.. they don't leave it without a signature so I'm literally stuck at my house for the third day it's "supposed to be delivered" you can't get anybody accountable on the phone , it's ridiculous. A envelope package was left out on the sidewalk/front steps on saturday at 9:00. This envelope contained a large check. The driver did not ring the door bell or otherwise notify us of its delivery. My wife and I were shocked to find the package laying there on the sidewalk where it could have blown away, picked up, or taken. We were shocked to realize the driver did not even ring the door bell. FedEx should at least take responsibility to ensure proper notification. Bases upon multiple very bad reviews, this seems to be the norm for bad service. Whenever anything gets shipped to be its delayed, misshipped, or completely stolen by the driver. Ive called, made complaints, accused and nothing will be done. I ordered for black friday an item and said it would be delivered next day. Paid expedited. By 8pm saturday. Never to be seen. Updated 3am. Deliverey by 8pm sunday. Never tk be seen. I just so happened to be awake at 1am monday morning to get some water and just out of curiosity checked my front door. Fedex sticker was there. The driver attempted a delivery (where i needed to sign) at midnight. What person in their right mind is delivering at midnight? I wish i could give zero stars. No use calling them or trying to get anything resolved, theyre useless over the phone. Not to mention the drivers that steal your packages, ive had drivers (on video) cut my packages and steal whats inside. They did in July when i ordered a barbi nintendo switch video game. They stole a barbie video game what is wrong with them. Anyway this next delivery of anything at all is wrong (it is about 1k in computer parts) fedex will catch a claim and Ill send it all back. CSA crew always helpful, kind and quick! For future reviewers please keep in mind this is an EXPRESS facility NOT ground and the delivery drivers don't have a say about where they deliver 1st, 2nd, etc. They get a print out from CORPORATE for how their route will go that day. If any driver has to pick any packages up they have to be back by 6pm (even if they still have packages on the truck) so they can put those outbounds on the big truck to be sent out. 90%+ of the deliveries for that day will more than likely be delivered. read more

I'm sure 1 more 1 star review (would give 0 stars if available) won't make a difference but let me tell you my many awful experiences with these idiots. First had a radiator delivered that they managed to put a hole in even though it was really well packaged next time they couldn't find the address even though they delivered there every day. Both of those were to my business address. Now for my home address I live in a trailer and the way it's set up the front door is actually in the back. When they actually manage to find the address they constantly leave packages at the back door which is grown over with weeds and obviously not used. Next I ordered a $300 smoker which they took 4 or 5 days past the scheduled delivery date to deliver then proceeded to drive up in my yard not even get out then tried to deliver across the street. When I confronted the driver he pointed at the smallest label on the package and said it says 1086 to which I replied it says 1085 and told him if he couldn't see well there was a huge label that obviously said 1085 which is my correct address. That brings me to my current problem I have a $5 item that was supposed to be delivered on June 22nd it is now June 27th and still no package. It's nothing I can't live without and isn't even really important to me but my belief is if you're hired to do a job then do it. The agent stated that she talked to Christy at the delivery center in Gulport and the package would be delivered by 9pm today. The agent for FedEx stated that this location would be able to print my label for means ship! I wasted $30 bucks on Uber to their many locations only to get the run around. I am pissed!!! The label was sent to me via email and I don't have a printer, as I stated the agent said this location could print for me. He did not!! Horrible service!! My house burned down. My wife's phone was in it. We had just lost everything. Staying with family. On Monday AT&T sent a replacement they PAID EXTRA for NEXT DAY DELIVERY. It's Friday, still no phone. We have spent days on the phone with fedex customer service, only to have them lie to us. They promise it will be here today, it's on the truck. Tracking says out for delivery. Every evening when it's still not here, they blame it on circumstances beyond their control. What circumstances, no hurricane no tornado, no flooding, it was sunny most of the week and the rain we did have was scattered showers. Again we know it's in gulfport. It's not stuck in a state with issues we are unaware of. How is it even legal to accept money for a premium service, and not provide the service you paid for. They have thus far failed to provide even standard service. It is impossible to get a number for your local hub. Customer service isn't even located in the US, and they really don't seem to care. When reading the previous review I sort of dismissed it as my experiences with FedEx over the years have been extremely positive. Now I'll share my experience. We are having an important envelope sent to the shipping center to be held for our pick up. No delivery involved. So Friday the envelope was sent with a Monday delivery. As stated no actual delivery. Tracking we saw the envelope had been delivered to and was located at the shipping center Friday evening or early Saturday am. The shipping center was open Saturday from 9 till 2. We drove, we were over half hour away, parked, no other people around except the two of us and a lady sitting behind a computer. She looks up our shipping number and informed us we had not paid for a Saturday delivery and we could return Monday and pick it up. We protested, the envelope is here now. Many times we have sent saver and the envelope was delivered early. What's this office all about? I'd award a zero if possible. Once in Florida, on a Saturday a female went the extra mile to actually dig around the route truck to retrieve a package. I know it can be done, we've seen it. We just encountered the wrong employee. I was waiting to pick up a package and employee by the name of Helen (older lady) was being extremely rude to all customers, throwing packages around, slamming doors, using vulgar language towards the customers, throwing uncontrolled outburst of anger and frustration, typically what's expected from a young child. She is the prime example of a horrible employee. I have picked up packages from other Fedex locations and I have never experienced such treatment towards customers. Everytime I have a package delivered by FedEx they either deliver to the wrong address and I have to track it down and make them pickup and bring to correct address. My most recent complaint for FedEx is my package is on the truck and supposed to be delivered 12/10 is it now 12/12 no package. It's still on the truck for delivery from Thurs. Now after calling and raising hell they say I promise it will be there Monday. Bullshit. Well one star for being nice enough but when I pay for 2 day delivery and the Fed Ex guy doesn't knock loud enough for me to hear the door I basically spent 2 hours chasing and waiting around for him to get back to the office. What makes me mad is we arrived at around 12:10 and the front desk lady told is he should be back in about 30 minutes. We wait around for well over 45 minutes and go grab a quick lunch, come back and again we are told 'any minute now'. We end up getting our package a few minutes shy of them closing at 2pm. FedEx in Gulfport, MS is garbage. My surveillance cameras caught 2 trucks in front of my house 1 hour prior to the time they said they dropped off my package. It showed one truck making several of trips in my neighborhood but never once stopped at my house. If they would've dropped it off when they documented it, I would've been just walking into my home. I bought a gift on 2/6/20.. Would be shipped on 2/10/20 with a 2day delivery time. Should of been here on 2/12/20 but was not. Got a text saying it would be delivered on 2/13/20 before 8 PM. No delivery on the 13th. Git a text 2/14/29 that is was delivered to Walgreens. Call the service to find out why it wasn't delivered on 2/12/20 or 2/13/20. Was told it was because of bad weather. On 2/13/20 when I got the text, it was a beautiful day all day, so that reason went right out the front door. read more
