they can't print out FedEx labels from a QR code. They charge you three dollars to print one page. And then when you go to check out, they have a five dollar minimum so it's actually five dollars for one page. What a rip off this place. Stay away from this place. read more

I would not recommend going to coastal postal if you're planning on getting a photo for your passport. I called ahead to make sure that they did photos for passports and was told they did and the cost of such. When I arrived young man at the counter was waiting on another customer so I was waiting for him to finish with her, a few minutes later, another customer came in and behind me. The young man at the counter went to another office where someone was asking them to come out and help the lady in the office came out asked me if she could help me and I told her I was there for a photo for my passport , she told me that I would have to wait and ask her what she needed. The lady had several packages so she took her to the counter and after several minutes, they determined that this lady was at the wrong location and need to go to FedEx, and she proceeded to tell her where it was, and then them have a nice conversation. During that time another customer walked in and stood behind me . The lady then came over to that customer and asked her what she could do to help her and she needed copies made so she took her over to the counter and proceeded to wait on her for her copies. Apparently this business does not serve customers on a first come first serve basis, apparently I could've been there all day if other customers continue to walk in unless someone else actually needed a photo for their passport. I proceeded to walk out the door and took my business elsewhere. read more

Utterly disappointing to say the least. During the first week of September, I shipped an important document to Honduras using Coastal Postal DHL services. Unfortunately, my original recipient was unable to receive the package at his work location due to a new rule implemented by his place of work. The package was returned to the distribution center. I called Coastal Postal (spoke to the same man who helped me send the package) to start the process of changing the address or sending someone to pick up the package, I was told that calling them and doing the process through them was the best option and that they would communicate with DHL and would call me back with the best way to proceed. So, I waited and a couple days after my call, they called back to tell me that DHL would be contacting me, and they did, I asked if they could return the package, but they pushed for a new address...I gave them a new address and asked to send me an invoice to pay for the extra shipping fee and they explained that since I had used "someone else's DHL account number, I needed to do this process through them", so I went back to Coastal Postal to explain my situation, give them my credit card information and hopefully approve the release of my document (still in Honduras) for it to be delivered to a new address. The owner of this establishment was rude and acted unwilling/uninterested to help me. She first called me a liar when I told her I had called Coastal Postal as soon as I knew my package had not arrived and that I had started the process with one of her employees, because she claims to "be the only one that deals with her DHL account and no one else in her company has access to it". I showed her all the calls inbound and outbound proving that I had talked to someone at Coastal Postal and DHL, she insisted that I did that without her consent, and I had done things worse for myself because she did not recognize or approve what I was doing(notice I never had access to her member id, account number or anything related to DHL). After several minutes of going back and forth, and her finally letting me explain the whole situation, she said she was going to help me...she said she was going to call me by the end of the day, she did not. I called her next day and she said we were just waiting on DHL to email a response or an invoice, I called DHL the next day and they said she called to verify the information but did not make a request for anything and so the package was being returned to me. She never spoke to me again. I figured out what to do to stop going through the middleman and was able to contact DHL in Honduras, after explaining the situation for what it felt like the 100th time, they allowed me to speak to them and resolve my situation without Coastal Postal involvement given the lack of interest of this company to help, I sent my brother to pick up the package after a month and a half of sending it. read more
