Despite this, Neiman Marcus has refused to refund or replace my item and has questioned my integrity. I truly believe if I were a White customer, this would have been handled differently. Instead, as an African-American woman, I've been treated like a thief. This item was meant as an appreciation gift for someone who has stood by me during a very difficult time and he never received it. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and an attorney based on principle and the emotional stress this has caused.
