Totally disappointed in this store. I had to come to Biloxi so I opted to drop off an Amazon package at this store instead of going to the store. I normally go to in Gulfport. I was told it would cost me two dollars to print a label.Unbelievable! To print a label! I took my package and I'll go back and give my business to the Gulfport store which bends over backwards to help their customers read more

If I could put zero stars I would. I've never experienced customer service this bad. I loaded them unloaded 2-8x10 rugs plus a large box of items and a bag of items to return to Amazon. Because the 2 rugs order from Amazon was on 1 order, only 1 return label was issued. So the attendant was huffy. I understood the issue and suggested we take them together. "Well, that'll be a lot of trouble." Are you serious? Wow! Then he said, I'll have to charge you $10 to tape them together. I was shocked and quickly livid! I said no thank you. I'll tape them together myself. And said that is the worst customer service EVER! I have an ecommerce store and ship stuff all the time. USPS, UPS, etc. has never treated me or anyone like that. Worst customer service ever. So, I loaded my stuff back up and will NEVER darken this locations door again. If I didn't have to use UPS, I'd never use them again. read more

I really needed business faxing, printing, and scanning services done in a hurry and Ms. Courtney Wash assisted me promptly and was able to get my paperwork processed in time by the deadline I needed. The worst service I've ever had. The young boy working there was rude and even tried to get me in trouble with the law. They laughed. Terrible service and this is strike one for the UPS store. Have never had a bad experience there before while traveling around the US. Got my package but had to call the police to get it. The young boy have it to me then after giving me a hassle he snatched it from my hands. Not acceptable UPS. I recently shipped several fragile items (incl framed pics) home that belonged to my Dad who just passed away, & I was amazed at their wonderful condition when I received them. The care that the store took in packaging them for shipping to ensure that they did not get damaged was unbelievable!! I have never experienced this level of care when shipping something, especially something that means so much to me. I highly recommend this store for your shipping needs. Employees not helpful at all. I needed to ship a rifle barrel (no gun no ammo) back to the manufacturer. Woman behind the counter told me they wouldn't do it. She either doesn't understand UPS policy, didn't want to be bothered to work or was interjecting her own bias into the business to make my life more difficult. I had the lovely experience of working with the owner, Jay, to ship home some family heirlooms from Mississippi to California. He was so kind and truly cared about making sure I got the best price for the packages, and went above and beyond when it came to being an all-around genuine guy. I had incredible service the few times I've been here so far- I got important paperwork done, got lots of copies, notorized some documents, faxed a few sheets and at a great cost. It was way faster and easier and cheaper than going to the post office. They gave me a free pen too which was nice. read more
