I needed to move some things from a storage unit that was about half a block away from where I was renting the truck. My new home was only about 3 miles away from there. But I also needed to go get the other half of our things that was stored in a shed at a friend's house in Alabama. That's why I needed a trailer so I wouldn't have to pay mileage. So since I had my help and also came out of state to pick up something that wasn't there. Anyways I had to pay for a truck which cost me a few cents from $40 plus 99 cents per mile plus gas. I got the stuff out of the storage unit all but 3 pieces of furniture that wouldn't fit. And returned the truck like 2 hours later with only 6 miles on the truck. Now I still had to find a trailer to go get my stuff from Alabama. I called Uhale customer service and complained and was told I would get a call back within 72 hours. It's been a week and a half and I still haven't gotten that call back. I will tell everybody not to use UHAUL. I know I'll never will again.

I recently had property vandalized at this location and they told me that there wasn't anything they could do because their video surveillance cameras were non-functional. They did not notify their customers of this and continued to charge the same fee for services they did not render. I do not recommend this place. Their customer service is horrible and they offered zero solutions. Stay AWAY!

Shipping truck arrived about an hour late and shipped all of my furniture with either no wrapping/padding, or used an old dirty moving blanket (as is the case with my pearl white king size bed) resulting in dark brown/yellow scrapes and scuffs. Lastly, management was incredibly rude when I inquired about detailed pricing because I believe[d] I was significantly overcharged. I was nothing but kind, cordial, and respectful, yet Paul Pritzker had the audacity to hang up the phone on me while I was mid-sentence with his final words being "pay me now or I'm canceling the move." Very disappointing.

My eldest daughter and I went to drop off our stuff here on Friday (07/18) only to discover that the whole place was crawling with fleas. My daughter immediately told an employee and she began spraying and even started with our unit. We were incredibly weary about going back but we still had more stuff to put up. Today is Sunday (07/20) and my youngest and I came back only to find that the place was STILL CRAWLING WITH FLEAS. We brought all of our stuff back immediately as they were steadily jumping on us and biting us. This place is absolutely disgusting. This whole situation has showed my family that the people here do not care about the well-being of other people's belongings and do not have any kind of regulation when it comes to what people can put in their units. If you don't want your stuff (or yourself) infested with bugs, please pick another storage unit.

James played around with it for a good while trying to get it printed more crisp or in a different size, and was unsuccessful, due to the program that was used to create the file. He also gave me some suggestions as far as what I can try, since we weren't able to get it printed at a high quality. They have been super patient and kind with me. I will definitely be going here from now on for all my printing needs.
