We called UPS and they cited storms as the excuse... so were all flights cancelled? We were not told it would be a fair weather delivery. Why not a better, more direct route thru Charlotte? At the counter we were never told there were stipulations. They refuse to refund us for not delivering the envelope. I certainly think they should refund us.
