Horrible customer service. Rude employees. No help whatsoever. I go to get something notarized at 615pm. The employee tells me we stop notarizing at 6 pm. Dropped off a Prepaid UPS Label Package on Thursday Jan 9th for Overnight service for Friday 10th. Asked for UPS Envelope for Documents + 10$ cash. The worker took my Documents and $10 cash and gave me a Receipt for the drop off with the tracking number. The package was not sealed in front of me. Fast forward to Moday the 13th, package shows it was scanned in at UPS store but never left the store and was never scanned by UPS. Called the store, without even asking for the tracking or my name insisted that it was UPS fault package was lost, that they tendered it to the driver. Well long story short the UPS STORE STOLE $10 CASH, and never shipped the package. This package was never sealed in front of me, and mysteriously it never made it to the UPS driver. I was told to file a claim with UPS. Its $10, and its not the end of the world but an employee obviously had a small come up that day on me, I guess shame on me for not making the guy seal the envelope in front of me with cash in it. read more

Although this is the most friendly and efficiently run UPS Store I have ever been too, I wanted to review the notary services that are offered here. Vana Brock is the co-owner and Notary Extraordinaire of this CR 210 UPS Store. I walked into the store as I had thought that I had heard UPS Stores have notary services and I was in such a hurry! Sure enough Vana offers this service at their UPS Store. She was quick, funny and efficient. She provided her notary service, made a copy, faxed my document and mailed the original document all in one fell swoop! I was out of the store in 15 minutes. I highly recommend going to see Vana if you need something notarized. Note: Vana said that she would rather not do documents that require extensive legal obligation such as a will, so perhaps it would be best to call prior to bringing in your document for notary service at this store. read more

So this ups store advertises that it also acts as a USPS facility. I had two flat rate boxes...one small and one medium, which according to the usps website should be $6.80 and $13.45 respectively. For the small one fee flat rate box, I was going to be charged $10.48 and when I was told $22.45 for the medium, that's when I questioned. I was told "well that's what the computer says". So a ups store that charges nearly $14 more for flat rate usps boxes is a total ripoff. I'm heading to the post office. Is this a convenience fee of $14 or what and if the only excuse is that's what the computer says, common sense dictates to at least look it up and give me a fair price without using the computer excuse On 3/31/2020 I went to this ups facility again and tried mailing a medium flat rate box. I didn't get past this box to the large flat rate because...a medium flat rate should be $13.20. For the convenience of mailing this package from a ups store, I would not have minded paying extra. However, when I was told the medium flat rate box would be $61.44 repeat $61.44, you could imagine my price gouging reaction. I gave this ups location another try, but never again. I asked to see a manager and she said that's what my computer is showing. Whatever with this location. I mean what gives? read more

I another UPS store while I was out and about where they sent a fax for me. A few days later, I was informed the fax had not been received, even though the UPS receipt said it had been sent. I went to this UPS store, because it was closer to my home, with my receipt and the paperwork. They informed me they could only send the fax if I paid for it again. This reasoning, because they are franchised locations. While understanding it's a different location, it seemed petty from a customer service point of view, that you would make the customer pay a second time, for the same service that was supposed to have been provided by the UPS store. I wasn't like they were going to lose profit, but they did lose a customer. read more

I was in New Jersey and had my wife send an overnight package to me. Difficult to track and when I called the store they indicated once it left the store it was ups responsibility but they were going to check with ups and get back to me. Never heard from them and the package arrived at 733 pm of day two. Ups acknowledged the failure but it did no good for me. Just be careful as based upon my experience overnight delivery is suspect at best. Delivered before 10am. Just be careful if delivery is important! read more

Use caution when shipping items -- they charge more than the standard shipping rates posted online at UPS.com. I brought in an item to be shipped (already packaged and sealed), all they needed to do was slap the shipping label on the item. When the agent gave me the total, it was almost 30% higher than what was listed on UPS.com for the same shipping method. I mentioned that this was much higher than what it was supposed to be. The agent stated that the UPS website is only an estimate -- even when the exact dimensions, weight, shipping type is selected. Really?? Never had this issue before. I then inquired about shipping USPS and was given a rate 50% more than provided on USPS.com (same shipping method, dimensions, weight). Unfortunately, this was an item we had to get shipped, so I just sucked it up and paid the UPS fee. When the itemized receipt printed out, there were two charges listed -- the shipping charge (which was very close to what I was quoted on UPS.com) and a "special handling" charge. I inquired about why I was charged for special handing, which the agent couldn't answer directly as to why I was charged this fee (again - there was nothing they needed to do to ship the package). Very disappointed in this experience. You will get quick service but expect to pay a premium for it. read more

Had several packages to be delivered for my granddaughter's birthday. I needed special packaging and the lady helping me was extremely rude. I felt as though she just wanted me to go away. It was so bad that I looked over at another guy working the counter and he just rolled his eyes. It's obvious this store has some serious customer service issues. I will never go there again. The store's thorn Susan has serious attitude problems, she is nasty and lies about pricing and estimated shipping times. My package was four days late and I paid a lot of money. It's much cheaper and there are better staff at the post office, and at least they treat you right. This UPS store is a joke. read more

This store is amazing. It is not actually my closest UPS and I will never go to another store. I had a personal item to send that had issues and several business items to send. Everything was completely handled in a fast and efficient manner and I cannot say enough good things. They went over and above what they needed to do in order to assist me and I don't think I have ever walked out of a business with such satisfaction.
