The fact that this venue helped me pick the right options that made the most sense like shipping times, signage options, size of boxes was a winner for me. The gentleman that helped me even helped me decide to add some packaging peanuts to keep my items more organized by filling in the gaps. We are selling our house out of state and opted to do a mail-away closing. I wanted a receipt because of the time time sensitivity and importance of the documents so, I found myself in need of a FedEx store. I wasn't aware of a location near me but after a quick online search found Quik Pack, which is an authorized FedEx location. When I went in, the place was very clean and spacious. It was under 3 miles away so I headed there! When I arrived, it was a little hard to find because there are no outward hanging signs but I found the store after driving about midway down the plaza because of the door lettering. There was plenty of parking. It was very clean and smelled great! There were plenty of envelopes for me to choose from and the owner was extremely helpful. He walked me through my options and made a suggestion on what would work best for me. We had a really good conversation. I got a receipt and term firmed my package was delivered I expected. Drop boxes are great when time and delivery confirmation aren't as critical but it was great to know that I have a store close to me with great customer service that I can now go to.

I'm sure that it's because they don't want to talk to actual people about the absolutely horrible service they provide. I filed a claim in September, followed up on it about a month later only to be told that it was delayed because they were still looking for the package. Needless to say I was extremely upset. I was finally able to get to someone who promised me that they would escalate my inquiry. That was two months ago and I have not heard from them. I tried to contact them today only to get a total run around. Their automated system said that the claim was denied although I haven't received any communication from FedEx whatsoever. No matter what I try I am unable to get to a live person. The claim was for one box out a five piece shipment. The five boxes made up one total item that I was returning. Because one box didn't make it I couldn't receive a refund for the return of the item. Now I am out not only the cost of the item (the return window closed) and the cost of shipping an item that never made it!! How does that seem reasonable? If I could rate FedEx lower than not good I would do it in a heartbeat

They were too large to take on the plane with me and I was afraid that the airport would NOT care for them properly. Having already had the boxes to ship them with, I went straight to UPS. They were shipped (albiet very expensively) quickly and without incident. This particular shipment was personal for me so I needed reassurance that it would arrive in a timely manner and in one piece! I've personally never had an issue in this location and most definitely trust them with my shipping needs.

Apparently the driver or someone from UPS after the box was scanned removed the label. UPS opened the box and sent it back to me.
