My husband signed up for a box - with discount if paid in advance for six months. No refunds. Unfortunately he didn't tell me until after the fact. I am never that pessimistic as a hotel would be $100 a night w taxes. We've moved many times. Our house in Memphis got a contract the first day (5th time) so we quickly found a rental. I want to start by saying the employees were very sweet and helpful despite the line backed up to the door. However, I am absolutely disgusted by the pricing for everything by UPS. I was shipping 2 separate places, a small box and a cup to each. It was $17 for shipping to each place for it to shipped the next day. I asked if it could be pushed back to a further date because I was not in a rush for it to arrive, but I was informed because it was within the state and ground shipping that it was the only option/ cheapest option. I was then charged $8 per box, so $16 total for that and they have a $10 fee if you have them pack it for you. Obviously I opted out of that option because I wasn't going to spend an additional $20 for something I can easily do myself. I went to package the boxes and HAD TO PURCHASE THE FREAKING TAPE TOO. Another $5. All together with the shipping fee, boxes, tape, and transaction fees, I payed $60. That is absolutely absurd. It honestly would have been cheaper in gas for me to drive to both of these locations myself. Extremely disappointed with UPS after this and will likely not use them again if I need shipping. read more

I came in to drop of a package for shipping and was kind of turned off to how "drab" the whole store felt. They have a one station "business center" (where someone can get online) and it was out of order. If you need a piece of tape to seal a package, they charge for it. I guess its fair, but I have never had to pay for tape when dropping off a package before. The guy behind the counter had zero personality. And stopped helping me in mid stream to help someone else out. Not a great first impression. read more

When it first opened the young ladies and a gentleman that were there were always very friendly but professional at the same time obviously they were catering to the customers and I sent my granddaughter boxes every week so they knew when I was coming and they always sent me a Christmas card. After a time two young ladies left for new jobs and then everything changed. The new staff was not friendly, not well trained ( they couldn't find my name in system or other customers which I was present when it happened). I had a box lost for 45 days which a male employee would not trace even though in computer it was still in their office. I was told to call the post office which I thought why would I call the post office when I brought the box do you and they mailed it from your facility. He was rude, nasty , VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! My box had someone else's label on it including my label when the post office people picked it up from this office so obviously the labels are placed so that they stick to the packages well so much for that I never returned. Went to obtain a personal mailbox. Poor service from start to finish. Employee walked away from me before the agreement was signed, and failed to get up from the floor (where she was putting paper in one of the copiers) when I had additional questions. Was very clearly uninterested in answering my questions or ensuring that I got what I needed. When I suggested that I did not want to move forward with the transaction, she made me wait at the register, then rather than going around to her side of the register, she reached across me to retrieve my drivers license and debit card. I made a last attempt to explain what I needed and she responded, "Ok, well you can leave". The printed agreement (which had my confidential information in it) was laying on the counter - was the expectation that I would just exit and leave it there? Very disappointed. I often drop of packages at this location regularly 2-3 boxes/ week . My packages are big and heavy. At 1st, the employees were very nice and helpful. After a while, they seem not very happy at my drop off. I guess because heavy, bulky packages add more workload for them. One time, when I came in, they took my packages and talked to each other , trying to let me heard. One áked when my drop-off would be ended, the other said he thought it's never end ! It surely it's not end since shipping is how I make my earnings. I choose USP since close-by drop of location and the rate is good , the more u send the lower the rate. I pay for the service and hope to be treated fairly. If they do not want to take the drop off, I wish they put the sign to let customers know . I hope the owner can réctify the situation and let customer know ì they donot take drop off or not . thx read more
