All of the bedrooms that they were due to be moved had already been completely broken down. My husband made sure the all the beds had been taken a part prior to them getting there. My daughter's room was fully furnished with a queen bed, dresser, night stand and a TV stand. The guest room only had a queen fabric bed and our room had a king fabric adjustable bed and 2 night stands. Our den furniture is power recliner, loveseat and couch had not been taken apart. They did not pack anything else. My husband and I had already did the tedious work and moved it ourselves. The gentleman came in around 9 am. We went over paperwork and I signed for them to start. This took maybe 10 minutes. They began packing. I sat In the garage because I did not want to be in their way. What I noticed early on is that they were working as if they were working on their own dime meaning they acted as if they had all the time in the world. 1st broken item was my patio glass that was part of my outdoor furniture. The gentlemen came to get me and said he would take pictures and send it in. I then proceeded to clean up all the broken glass. He wrapped the outdoor furniture in plastic and continued to work. What I noticed them not do is not wrap any of my cream fabric furniture at all. I noticed this because I watched them take it to the truck and my question, "Are you going to wrap this?" There answer was yes once its on the truck. Next broken item was my outdoor granite patio table after it was loaded on the truck. Supposedly a picture was taken and sent to the supervisor. They continued to pack the truck and my husband noticed them taking breaks. Now our estimate was for 4-5 hours. Long story short, they were suppose to be done around 2 o'clock. It took them so long that my husband and I started helping them move stuff. They finished packing around 4 and then they were driving our furniture 5 miles down the road to our storage. They went to the wrong storage and it took more time to get there. We spent way too much money for something that should have been a smooth move and cost effective . After speaking to someone in charge he asked that I not write a review and they would see what that could do to help. The bill ended up being 1600.00 and they returned 180.00 9 days later. They put my things in a storage building and I'm just now getting them out seeing all of the damage that they did to my belongings. I paid extra for them to wrap pictures correctly and they were put in a box against each other scratching most of them. They also broke and scratched many pieces of my furniture. When speaking to the "manager" of the store he proceeded to tell me that I did the damages when moving from the storage building to my home. He had no regard for my belongings and made every excuse of why his workers did not do the damage. Run far away from this company they don't care about the customer.

I made my hopefully final move into a house and scheduled them for 9am. I called around 9:20 to find out where they were, no one had contacted me. Said there was a personal emergency and it would be 10:30. 11 rolls around, still nothing. I call again because they are not keeping me updated, they finally arrive around 11:30. It took over six and a half hours, constant complaints of how a third guy wasn't sent, they didn't wrap anything other than my tv, and actually broke off some of the brick on my steps at my new place for how rough they were being with my belongings. And after all that.... A 5% discount. Please do not use Jaguar moving. You and your furniture deserve much better.

I scheduled Jaguar Moving to move some brand-new, boxed appliances. The movers picked up the…read moreappliances and met us at the drop-off site. When they were unloading the truck, they mentioned that they did not have the proper dollies to move the heavy appliances. We were never told that or given the option to stop the move before it started. They proceeded to attempt to move one of the appliances. It fell crashing to the ground from the truck. The movers would not write the damage on an invoice. I was asked to pay for the move, and instructed the agent that I did not authorize the charge but wanted to speak to a supervisor. The agent said he would have a supervisor call me. Instead, they charged the card 10 minutes later, and no one called. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT WORK WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS EVER! They promised 4 guys, 2 trucks-one with a hydraulic lift big enough to…read moremove us in one day. They showed up with too small of trucks, no lift and 3 guys-2 of which turned out to be junkies! They started at 9:00 AM and didn't get the trucks unloaded at our new home until 1:00 AM! And they still didn't have all of our belongings! At 1:30 AM we get a call from the police and they had pulled over one of the trucks because they had an expired tag. When they checked the tag, it didn't belong to the truck and the driver had no drivers license! The police called us to come identify items in the truck they had stolen from us! Then the officer informed my husband that the guys were junkies and had needle marks all over their arms! The next day they sent 2 more guys to finish the job but again the truck was too small. They delivered what they could stuff in that truck but left us without any of our furniture set up, promising to come back the next day to finish the job. It never happened. We had to rent a U-haul truck ourselves and go collect the rest of our belongings ourselves. We are Senior citizens and this whole ordeal has really hurt us physically and mentally. This company has not returned our calls, emails or texts asking for them to set up our furniture. And they have damaged our belongings, too. And we had hired their cleaning crew to clean after we moved. What a joke! I was embarrassed for my home buyer and ended up recleaning much of the home when I was already distressed and in pain from this nightmare! So, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
