We drove over 30 minutes from Orange Park only to be told about a ridiculous and made up store policy by the store mangaer whose name is, Gilbert. Gilbert, stated that their store policy doesn't allow two day reservations on pick-up trucks . Apparently, it doesn't matter if the reservation was made with an employee over the phone and confirmed twice. Instead calling us to make us aware of this newly made up policy, they wait for us to arrive at the store to inform and inconvenience and causing a host of set backs. We feel very strongly that Gilbert and the San Jose Blvd Uhaul location discriminated against us. With that said, if your skin tone looks like mine, beware. I'll be contacting the BBB next.

She was awesome and really helped us out in a pinch. We do not expect to have to rent the unit for a long time, but the unit is clean, and secure and I like how the facility is monitored with security camera and electric gates. So, need a storage space, I recommend this one, and it is next door to V Pizza so you can get a beer after you move in your stuff.

This is an easy location to access, right off Old St Augustine and I-295 on the south east corner. The property is secured nicely and well maintained. You'll find a few parking places outside the office. Inside they have your usual supply of locks, boxes and moving supplies to make everything convenient. We received some sort of move in special but for the life of me I can't remember what it was. I recommend inquiring when you're serious and ready to get started. Access is controlled with a keypad and automatic gate. Super easy to use. The grounds are pretty well laid out and there's rows and rows of storage units on every size and fashion. I recommend these guys if you're in need of some temporary storage space.
