Apparently the driver or someone from UPS after the box was scanned removed the label. UPS opened the box and sent it back to me. Thanks to Christina at the UPS store, I received a replacement label and she put the box in an upgrade container. Highly recommend this store. Wonderful but the question remains why would my printer not print ...welllll... yes the three colors are out but I have black ink still so what's the problem? The fact that this venue helped me pick the right options that made the most sense like shipping times, signage options, size of boxes was a winner for me. The gentleman that helped me even helped me decide to add some packaging peanuts to keep my items more organized by filling in the gaps.
