I did the Online Research & made all the calls - My choice to have Stair Masters handle our move was confirmed from my initial phone conversation with Tyler. HIS suggestion to visit our property to provide an accurate estimate and review the plan, gave me the confidence that I was dealing with a legitimate "hands-on" Owner that I would trust with all my family possessions. Tyler took the time to go room to room to detail what was involved, so he could provide the timeline / estimate for our move. I would strongly recommend having Stair Masters "box and pack" your belongings. That extra step made for a stress free day, and the BOUNS of zero damage in the entire move! Tyler's estimate and timeline was extremely accurate and precise, taking into consideration disassembly of furniture & lamps to protect during transport. Moving day team, led by Wyatt, was on time, efficient, fast, and careful in wrapping / covering everything for protection. I had 100% confidence in them, as I could see they had experience and actual training, how to correctly pack! They are not hired "day workers" that could lift a sofa! I had Stair Masters "Core Four," that moved with precision and worked hard to make the move safe & faster than I thought and save me money. To summarize my experience with Stair Masters - I would recommend their service based on these OUTSTANDING key efforts: - Excellent Communication - Text Mgs reminders and arrival time - Extremely Accurate Estimate & Timing - I stress how important the "Pre-Move Appointment" was in this determination. Other companies did not want to invest the time to visit my property. Every step of the way, I was aware of cost and budget. No sticker shock or hidden expenses, as I read about in reviewing competitor movers. - Professional and Qualified Packers & Staff - on time, friendly, efficient, and mindful handling of all my possessions. - Outstanding service from start to finish. All Furniture and Fixtures assembled correctly and put into place in our new home. We were not left alone in a mountain of packing as the move was compete. I hope my experience with this company and review is helpful in determining the choice to contact Stair Masters Moving. I know I will be a repeat customer the next time their service is required. read more

I can't say enough great things about this company but where do I begin? From the initial phone call with Tyler, the owner, I could sense great energy. We scheduled a same day in-home free estimate/consultation which I thought was a very nice touch and he was even willing to work around my 12-hour shift that I had been working that day. My appointment was at 7pm! Who does that? Stair Masters Moving does!!!! When I met Tyler that evening (had no idea he was the owner yet) and began to chat and go over all the details of my move I could sense his passion for what he does immediately. His keen sense of detail, commitment to excellence, and extreme professionalism is admirable. He was thorough and explained everything down to the smallest detail so that I knew exactly what to expect. On my actual moving day, the team arrived on time as promised (gotta love that) and they were exceptional! I mean flat out top tier! Each one introduced themselves (Luis, Patrick, and Wyatt), shook my hand, proceeded to get my moving details, and immediately got to work. They were like a well-oiled machine and everything that Tyler said they'd be and more. They were respectful and courteous, took their time caring for my items, and managed to blow that estimate out of the water by hours (and money)...one of them even took the time to shout me out for having things so organized for them (still touched by that moment as it had been a stressful few days prior). Luis handled all of the paperwork just like a boss. I am still completely impressed by this company and group of young men! Thank you Stair Masters Moving for what you do... class and quality! Worth every penny! Well done! read more

Stair Masters Moving company is absolutely the best moving company I have ever hired!! I am speaking from experience as I have moved over 40 times in my 60 years of life. I spoke to Tyler about my recent move with only a week's heads up and he scheduled me and assured me that the move would smooth, and worry free. Well he was right!! Most all moving companies will only give you two guys and a medium to small truck. Tyler sent 4 guys and the largest truck you can get that is not a semi. These guys were machines. They didn't play around. I had a 10x30 storage and these guys c had that unit emptied and moved to my new place in lightening speed. I admit that the quoted price was a little higher than some of the other movers I priced but I promise you that the completed and closed it final charge was half the price of other movers. instead of 3 or more trips to move everything was moved in one trip. Nothing was broken and everything went smooth as promised! I am so impressed with this company that I wrote a review, which I rarely do. The 4 guys who moved me were exceptionally kind, clean mouthed and respectful. it's a rare thing these days to see all that from one person, but all 4 of these guys are deserving of the praise. This is a top notch business and the integrity and professionalism is bar none!! read more

I had a great experience with Stair Masters Moving! The owner was super responsive and always returned my calls quickly and was super punctual. He was upfront about wanting to see exactly what I needed moved before giving me the best quote, which made sense. We met up at two different locations, and while the quote came in a little high, I could see he had a strong team with better backs than mine! so I decided to move forward. On moving day, my husband joked and asked if I'd hired that company with the "hunks." I told him no, but when the crew showed up, I was pleasantly surprised. Jokes aside, these guys were incredibly hardworking, polite, and careful. They wrapped items properly and made sure everything was handled with care so nothing was damaged. Their energy and attitude made the whole move stress-free, and they were a pleasure to work with. By the end of the day, I was so impressed that I treated them to sandwiches, and when everything was tallied up, the final amount came out to be very reasonable. I couldn't have asked for a smoother move. I definitely recommend Stair Masters Moving, the owner and his team were fantastic from start to finish! read more

I recently hired Stair Masters Moving for a complex move, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, Tyler and David made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Tyler was the lead on the job, and his leadership was evident from the moment he arrived. He was incredibly professional, organized, and took the time to understand my specific needs. He communicated clearly about the entire process and ensured that everything was carefully planned. David was an exceptional team member, demonstrating remarkable attention to detail and a strong work ethic. He handled my belongings with great care and made sure everything was moved safely and efficiently, navigating some tight spaces with ease. Both Tyler and David were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure my move was as smooth as possible. From the very beginning, my experience with Stair Masters Moving was outstanding. Tyler came to my apartment to assess everything that needed to be moved and took the time to explain the estimated cost in detail. He never made me feel rushed and built a great rapport, giving me confidence that my belongings would be handled with care. Jessica was incredibly efficient and accommodating when scheduling my move. The day before the move, I received a text confirming everything was on schedule, which I really appreciated. On moving day, the foreman, Kyle, called to let me know the crew was on their way. Kyle, Bruno, and Wyett were all professional, friendly, and extremely hardworking. They carefully wrapped all of my furniture and TVs, worked efficiently throughout the move, and delivered everything to my new apartment without a single item being damaged. The entire process was smooth, organized, and stress-free from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with the job they did and would highly recommend Stair Masters Moving to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers in the Jacksonville area. read more

Outstanding Experience with Stairmasters Moving Company! I can't say enough good things about Stairmasters Moving Company and Tyler's crew. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. his team worked with total confidence and care -- every item was handled like it was their own. They navigated stairs, tight spaces, and heavy furniture with ease and a great attitude the entire time. What really stood out was their attention to detail and respect for my home -- not a single scratch or ding anywhere. The team worked seamlessly together, moving quickly but never carelessly. Plus, they were friendly, polite, and even managed to make a stressful moving day actually enjoyable. We own a 3 story beach house, and we needed company that could navigate the stairs, and bring our furniture to a garage for storage. I asked AI to help me find the right mover, and they returned Stair Masters as the first choice. I called the number three choice first, and then Number two. Neither one asked many questions, and I had to underline the conditions that might affect the price. Stair Masters promptly returned my call and asked if their representative could tour my house. I was impressed by the diligence, courtesy, and professional attitude, and frankly I agreed to pay more than my other two choices, because I value a personal assessment (estimate). On moving day, the crew shows up on time, took care with everything, and brought furniture from two stories down on the street, and wrapped it for storage. The 4 person crew was so fast that I saved quite a sum over our agreed upon price. Everyone Wins! read more

There's a reason why Stair Masters comes up at the top when you search up movers on Yelp. This was my first time ever using a moving company and I had a fantastic experience with Stair masters. Tyler did a walk through with me to give me an estimate for my loading. He advised on how many moving blankets, bungee cords and other items I will need for the loading and he was spot on. Team came in on the decided date and were very thorough and careful with all my Items. I had a ton of fragile stuff (glass, crockery, 70inch OLED tv, and a very expensive gaming equipment) and the team did an outstanding job of packaging it and securing it properly in the truck so it wouldn't move around. My move was from Florida to Texas and as Im opening my items right now, I'm seeing every glass, monitor, tv unmoved and undamaged. Thank you Stair Masters Moving for easing my very hectic moving process. read more

Tyler and his crew adapted and went well beyond his standard service offerings for me and my family. We experienced an unexpected emergency out of town and without heistation Tyler moved to rearrange is crew schedule to get us loaded and on our way. He personally took care of handling the rental truck arrangements and his team was beyond professional and care with our household items moving and loading the truck. I can say we arrived after a 900 mile journey with all of our furniture and items packed with such care and efficiency we did not have any movement or damaged items. This organization and team of associates are excecptional PEOPLE!.. They are without a doubt great people first and just happen to bring exceptional moving experience to a business model that is second to none. Please use this organization for your move needs. We had to move from our old to a new apartment on an emergency basis. Tyler and his team were up to the task. The move required packing boxes, disassembly of a few larger items, and going from a second-floor unit to a third-floor unit. Everything was handled with care, and the move went well. What set this company apart from the rest was the consistent checking and confirming; we were called, texted and emailed approximately 6 or 7 times before the day of the move and offered assurance the team would meet us at 8:00 am, and they did. Their demeanor the entire day was warm, courteous, and professional. Nothing was left behind, and everything arrived safe and sound. And, each one of his employees shook both my husband's and my hand after the transaction. Stair Masters Moving is unlike any other moving company you've ever used. I cannot rave enough about this business! Tyler's communication was phenomenal and was able to squeeze us in on a short notice. Will and Wyatt were the guys who helped move everything from our storage unit to our new home. Both Will and Wyatt had incredible customer service, manners, and took great care of our items. 1000000/10 would recommend and will use them for any future moving needs!! The move was flawless, no complaints! Beginning w/ Tyler (Owner) coming out personally to offer a best case and worst case scenario estimate. Followed by having the pleasure to meet Patrick (Captain), Max, and Mason as my moving team. These gentlemen did not disappoint and made sure they maintained professionalism, politeness, and were very respectful during the whole process. Even when presented w/ weather obstacles, they proceeded to work accordingly, diligently, and gracefully. For one, it was their first day and I would not have even thought that as he carried himself as if he were doing this for years. You have a great thing going here, Tyler! You guys have earned a permanent customer! Truly appreciate the banter, the company, and the impeccable work ethic provided during the move. Grey V. read more

This is a very young company with an old soul! I had a very large move that I thought I could handle with me and a friend but after I packed the 26' uhaul I realized I was in over my head with the removal ! I called at 4:30 pm on a Saturday from fernandina beach he met me in yulee in an hour and a hour later he had removed all 4 rooms and my living room of my house! Not to mention I own an entire GLASS living room set with an all glass fireplace ! He moved it all without one scratch ! He was personable and extremely kind and efficient! At the end of the service I asked if his tip would go to him or the company ? He replied that he is the company, he is the owner!!! I was blown away, if you are looking for movers please give this young man the opportunity to give you a great moving experience. read more

I was planning on helping my daughter move and was going to rent a U-Haul truck but was looking to hire a couple of guys to help, especially with some heavier items on stairs etc. I contacted Stair Masters regaurding hiring labor and they explained what they could do for me. They were able to not only provide the labor, but also provided the truck, moving blankets, two wheeler, dollies, straps, tape etc. at a cost very similar to what I was going to have to pay for the U-Haul rental and labor. Additionally, they showed up on time, we're very careful not to damage furniture, walls, floors etc. and was able to complete the job in less time than was estimated. Everyone at Stair Masters was friendly, cordial and respectful. I will DEFINATELY call them again when I have moving needs. read more

Stair Masters Moving company is top notch. They went above and beyond when moving us from Jacksonville, Florida to the Orlando area. Tyler, the owner, was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire process. His team was a reflection of him, respectful, courteous, professional, and prompt. In moving, there's always unforeseen situations that can happen. In our case their was a piece of glass broken from the china cabinet. Tyler not only covered the cost, but personally took it upon himself to have it replaced then drove back down to Orlando and reinstalled it himself.
