The guy at the computer who appeared to not concern himself with a person entering the showroom could have simply said "good morning, I'll be right with you", or "how can I help you?" He just left the room, started moving trucks and so I tried my luck outside where he walked past me again with no greeting. I finally had to interrupt him at the computer with "hello, can I ask a quick question" and then he informed me that they did not in fact have a dolly. Very unprofessional. It's sad that we are kissing customer service in our society.

We drove over 30 minutes from Orange Park only to be told about a ridiculous and made up store policy by the store mangaer whose name is, Gilbert. Gilbert, stated that their store policy doesn't allow two day reservations on pick-up trucks . Apparently, it doesn't matter if the reservation was made with an employee over the phone and confirmed twice. Instead calling us to make us aware of this newly made up policy, they wait for us to arrive at the store to inform and inconvenience and causing a host of set backs. We feel very strongly that Gilbert and the San Jose Blvd Uhaul location discriminated against us. With that said, if your skin tone looks like mine, beware. I'll be contacting the BBB next.

She was awesome and really helped us out in a pinch. We do not expect to have to rent the unit for a long time, but the unit is clean, and secure and I like how the facility is monitored with security camera and electric gates. So, need a storage space, I recommend this one, and it is next door to V Pizza so you can get a beer after you move in your stuff.
