Well I should say quoted then said quote saved and have 30 days to enact it. I week or so passed and so I did just that however when I did the clerk advised of a value pack you had to buy to get the deal! This was not brought up when I was told and quoted by other clerk. Whatever still a deal so I paid around $50 for 1/2 of stuff I won't use. So I live literally a mile up the road currently and have a very expensive mattress! It's heavy! I'm getting a uhaul to move it I asked if I could fit say 10 mins borrow the mattress dolly they have! I was shot down because "stuff gets stolen" okay but if I'm asking to use it clearly I'm not stealing it!! So now I have to spend a few hundred bucks on my own because I can't borrow they're beat but old rickety one! I would pay to have it moved but that's over 300.00 quoted everywhere and it's a weekday I'm moving this thing so no help as everyone is at work!! I recommend going to Self Storage a few miles away on St John's Blvd between TownCenter Pkwy and Beach Blvd. I have used them in past and they actually let you use a full on 10' moving truck for FREE!! Hasn't been stolen yet! No help from Atlantic just a hidden starter fee I was never told about prior and then of course that other thing! Thanks Atlantic Self Storage for making me spend more money on a piece of equipment I don't need long term!!! Thanks!

This storage facility is secured with camera surveillance, spacious halls, climate controlled units, drive up access as well as elevators. I currently rent 2 units, so one unit was on autopay while the other was not? Get charged $20 late fee. Not a lot of money but do not appreciate the shenanigans. I told the person to keep the current CC for both units but again they didn't put on autopay. I'd appreciate a refund, but doubtful that can ever be done because the sign on the door says the current new manager would be back at 1:30pm today and waited until 1:55pm and figured no one is showing up so I can dispute the charge. Ever since Quinton resigned or was fired the place is a ghost town and can never get any help except through the automated phone service where "all other managers are taking other calls" BS. It's phone waiting hell at that point. This place is hidden from view and you have drug dealers and people selling dogs visiting this location for exchange. It used to be a safer place but upper management / corporate / owners are saving money by having ZERO security or other people present to have questions like a bogus late fee charge reversed! As soon as I find another place I will be moving.

Every time I had to change the date, she calmed me down and made the change. Several times I told her she was the ONLY one working with me. Once we set the date (the D-Day landing couldn't have been more difficult to nail down), she turned me over to Riley at dispatch. He assured me the guys were well trained and on their way. Mike and his team arrived and wrapped every piece of furniture and carefully loaded it. Very efficient, very pleasant, very professional...The next day the truck arrived. Mike and the guys unloaded it EXACTLY as I needed it. Again, very efficiently, very professionally. No scratches, no dents, no broken anything!!! For the past eight weeks Cary and her team were patient, accommodating, professional, and pleasant. Hopefully I won't move again, but if I do, I'm calling Cary - she's on speed dial.

Every location is accessible to unit owners 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and a facilities manager lives on site. I've had different units at this location over the past year and have been extremely satisfied with the service and safety I've received. About six months ago, I needed to downsize to a smaller unit and the owner, Mary, mapped out the best days for me to do it so I'd save the most money. Very honest lady! Storage Units just naturally seem like a hassle and pain, but I've been pleasantly surprised by my experience with this company.
