Every location is accessible to unit owners 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and a facilities manager lives on site. I've had different units at this location over the past year and have been extremely satisfied with the service and safety I've received. About six months ago, I needed to downsize to a smaller unit and the owner, Mary, mapped out the best days for me to do it so I'd save the most money. Very honest lady! Storage Units just naturally seem like a hassle and pain, but I've been pleasantly surprised by my experience with this company.

Well I should say quoted then said quote saved and have 30 days to enact it. I week or so passed and so I did just that however when I did the clerk advised of a value pack you had to buy to get the deal! This was not brought up when I was told and quoted by other clerk. Whatever still a deal so I paid around $50 for 1/2 of stuff I won't use. So I live literally a mile up the road currently and have a very expensive mattress! It's heavy! I'm getting a uhaul to move it I asked if I could fit say 10 mins borrow the mattress dolly they have! I was shot down because "stuff gets stolen" okay but if I'm asking to use it clearly I'm not stealing it!! So now I have to spend a few hundred bucks on my own because I can't borrow they're beat but old rickety one! I would pay to have it moved but that's over 300.00 quoted everywhere and it's a weekday I'm moving this thing so no help as everyone is at work!! I recommend going to Self Storage a few miles away on St John's Blvd between TownCenter Pkwy and Beach Blvd. I have used them in past and they actually let you use a full on 10' moving truck for FREE!! Hasn't been stolen yet! No help from Atlantic just a hidden starter fee I was never told about prior and then of course that other thing! Thanks Atlantic Self Storage for making me spend more money on a piece of equipment I don't need long term!!! Thanks!

We had great hopes for this location when we contracted with them in 2023. Our unit was…read moreburglarized in 2024. When we contacted the staff on duty, he did not act surprised at all. He cut off the burglar's lock and said that the camera system would be of no use. When JSO conducted their investigation, the staff refused to help the investigation. They refused to provide employee names to the detective and were super unhelpful with reviewing the camera footage. BTW, camera footage records over itself every week. JSO detective opinion is that "the staff was in on the burglary." When we asked to borrow the free rental truck as a condolence for our troubles, the staff refused. Good news is, the insurance that they sell there covered more than I expected, but not our full loss. Fast forward to Feb 2025. The building doors open without typing in your code. You can access any floor of the building with ease. The elevator is super disgusting and smells of urine. Restrooms require a key from the front desk. after hours; just pee in the elevator like everyone else. Often vehicles are parked overnight with people inside.
