They are able to take furniture apart and put it back together while other movers say, "No way!". They did a great job packing up my 2 PODS containers before I moved from FL to NC. They did such a great job that I probably didn't even need the second container. They disassembled my bed and glass desk and wrapped everything up so well. Nothing was broken or damaged after the long interstate move. I'm sad I can't use them anymore because I am NC. Such a great group of guys!

I'm sure that it's because they don't want to talk to actual people about the absolutely horrible service they provide. I filed a claim in September, followed up on it about a month later only to be told that it was delayed because they were still looking for the package. Needless to say I was extremely upset. I was finally able to get to someone who promised me that they would escalate my inquiry. That was two months ago and I have not heard from them. I tried to contact them today only to get a total run around. Their automated system said that the claim was denied although I haven't received any communication from FedEx whatsoever. No matter what I try I am unable to get to a live person. The claim was for one box out a five piece shipment. The five boxes made up one total item that I was returning. Because one box didn't make it I couldn't receive a refund for the return of the item. Now I am out not only the cost of the item (the return window closed) and the cost of shipping an item that never made it!! How does that seem reasonable? If I could rate FedEx lower than not good I would do it in a heartbeat

We rented a unit at this location in March after moving from south Florida. This facility appeared…read moreclean and safe with a large exterior fence and a secure warehouse area that required a security code to access the complex. We packed the contents of a large moving truck into the warehouse while remodeling our new home. A short time later the gate to the exterior fence malfunctioned and has been left open and as of this date is still broken ,so basically anyone could walk onto the property After paying for the month of June we were going through some of our personal items and the door to the unit broke. The attendant of the property quickly responded and informed us that they would repair it but it would not be repaired until the next day. We informed her that we had a large amount of valuable property contained in the warehouse and it could not be left open especially with the outside gate wide open and the door to the warehouse open. Because of the circumstances we were forced to remove the contents of the warehouse. We found a place to move it and removed our property that afternoon going into the night. My wife and I moved approximately 2000 pounds of furniture and personal items. We paid the month of June and this occurred on the 16th of the month and they refused to return the prorated amount of money we were due. Apparently we were supposed to leave our property in an open unit with absolutely no security. Extremely disappointed

We paid for an inside locker and found that it was easily accessible to whomever the management had assisting them to steal stuff out of secured lockers. I called to report that the security gate did not work to I Storage Corporate office. I was told I was rude and was hung up on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this piece of shit storage facility.
