Once the employee got off the phone he was not friendly at all (slender guy with facial hair). I was inquiring about a one-way rental of a trailer versus a truck from Saint Augustine, Florida, to Knoxville, Tennessee. She was very thorough and shared the prices for both and it seemed that renting a trailer was the best route for me. Shirley then explained how much my car would be able to tow. She also checked to see if I had the right ball and hitch, which I did and the only thing that U-Haul needed to do was install the electrical part to my car. That was an easy and quick appointment. The day I picked up the trailer from Saint Augustine, Rich K. was the technician that hooked the trailer to my car, tested the lights, gave me a few pointers and made me feel confident about hauling this trailer on my long road trip. Moving and relocating can be extremely overwhelming, but experiences like this one truly make a difference. This company with this elite team, truly made the entire process--simple and stress-free.
