This review may be lengthy but please read it entirely. On May 5, 2026, Two Men and a Truck were…read morescheduled to packed up our house. Let me give you a little back story. All of the bedrooms that they were due to be moved had already been completely broken down. My husband made sure the all the beds had been taken a part prior to them getting there. My daughter's room was fully furnished with a queen bed, dresser, night stand and a TV stand. The guest room only had a queen fabric bed and our room had a king fabric adjustable bed and 2 night stands. Our den furniture is power recliner, loveseat and couch had not been taken apart. They did not pack anything else. My husband and I had already did the tedious work and moved it ourselves. The gentleman came in around 9 am. We went over paperwork and I signed for them to start. This took maybe 10 minutes. They began packing. I sat In the garage because I did not want to be in their way. What I noticed early on is that they were working as if they were working on their own dime meaning they acted as if they had all the time in the world. 1st broken item was my patio glass that was part of my outdoor furniture. The gentlemen came to get me and said he would take pictures and send it in. I then proceeded to clean up all the broken glass. He wrapped the outdoor furniture in plastic and continued to work. What I noticed them not do is not wrap any of my cream fabric furniture at all. I noticed this because I watched them take it to the truck and my question, "Are you going to wrap this?" There answer was yes once its on the truck. Next broken item was my outdoor granite patio table after it was loaded on the truck. Supposedly a picture was taken and sent to the supervisor. They continued to pack the truck and my husband noticed them taking breaks. Now our estimate was for 4-5 hours. Long story short, they were suppose to be done around 2 o'clock. It took them so long that my husband and I started helping them move stuff. They finished packing around 4 and then they were driving our furniture 5 miles down the road to our storage. They went to the wrong storage and it took more time to get there. We spent way too much money for something that should have been a smooth move and cost effective . After speaking to someone in charge he asked that I not write a review and they would see what that could do to help. The bill ended up being 1600.00 and they returned 180.00 9 days later. I wouldn't recommend.

Jeff was more than able to accommodate the change. When the day arrived, Jeff and Brady showed up on time with all the equipment needed to move our 107 year-old piano and other furniture. When the move happened the actual moved were very nice and respectful and did a good job. Unfortunately, Eric under estimated the size of the truck needed. One the day of the move the truck was filled but there was a lot of stuff still in the garage. The movers left it but Eric (the president )said he will send another truck to get it. What he did was bring his pick up truck over to load things up. I obviously wasn't at the Jacksonville home so didn't see what was left and as it turns out it was a lot. I have traveled back to Jacksonville 23 times to load up what was not moved but unfortunately I still have one item at the house that I cannot move. Last, the ONLY items damaged or broker were by the president. He showed up late to my house on the Friday afternoon of my move. He was obviously unset that he had to do the actual moving of items and was very disrespectful. He didnt realize I was in the garage when he dropped a cabinet onto a box of breakable items. He went to just leave it but then I walked over ... not even an apoligy!!! So what would I say? Make sure they move everything and if they don't and say they will send another truck, you need to leave someone behind to make sure they mover everything. I had a job number. One young man showed up in flip flops and socks, other loose tennis shoes. The young men were very good despite flip flops. The movers were very kind but they did not pack the stuff in a way to prohibit damage, which is expected from the moving company. A number of things were broken and dirt covered the side of the couch. We also discovered a TV went missing and when asked to bring back it took WEEKS to get it returned. We also got some additional items that were not our own. Very disappointed, called to tell them what had happened we got a.... "I'm sorry" I'm sorry doesn't fix what is broken. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
