As soon as the items arrived at their warehouse in Jacksonville, they sent me an email with my order info and their scheduled delivery date which was within a 4 hour window. In the email, they told me I was welcome to call back and reschedule, which I did since I was going to be out of town on during the original delivery window. I spoke with Charlene in the office and she set up my new delivery window reassuring me that all the packages would be delivered at once. The morning of, they sent me a reminder text of my delivery window with a link to track my items place in the delivery line and a promise that they would notify me before they arrived. I had a delivery window for 8AM-12PM. The delivery drivers called me at 9:30AM to let me know they'd be there in half an hour and at 9:52AM they rolled up ready to get down to business. I had a standard delivery so they needed to only dropped it off at my front door. They carried 4 heavy boxes up three flights of stairs without damaging anything and with practiced ease like the professionals they are! When they saw that I was just one small girl by myself trying to use a dolly to get the packages into my condo, they didn't just leave me there struggling but went above and beyond and helped me place it inside. Mark answered right away and showed up to pick up the appliances for me with punctuality and helped us out with a true sense of urgency. I even offered to pay up front for the services and he refused until he actually picked up the items and was en route to my home. That honestly sold me as this guy being genuine and legit. I almost rented a U-Haul to get the job done but the price PDS quoted me was way cheaper and saved me from the hassle of renting a moving van. He asked how many miles the trip was, the items I needed moved and gave me a quote on the spot.
