If I could put 6 stars I 1000% would. I ordered an outdoor sectional and two vanities off wayfair and was worried about delivery to the 3rd floor, but Blue Streak Couriers made the whole process so simple. As soon as the items arrived at their warehouse in Jacksonville, they sent me an email with my order info and their scheduled delivery date which was within a 4 hour window. In the email, they told me I was welcome to call back and reschedule, which I did since I was going to be out of town on during the original delivery window. I spoke with Charlene in the office and she set up my new delivery window reassuring me that all the packages would be delivered at once. The morning of, they sent me a reminder text of my delivery window with a link to track my items place in the delivery line and a promise that they would notify me before they arrived. I had a delivery window for 8AM-12PM. The delivery drivers called me at 9:30AM to let me know they'd be there in half an hour and at 9:52AM they rolled up ready to get down to business. I had a standard delivery so they needed to only dropped it off at my front door. They carried 4 heavy boxes up three flights of stairs without damaging anything and with practiced ease like the professionals they are! When they saw that I was just one small girl by myself trying to use a dolly to get the packages into my condo, they didn't just leave me there struggling but went above and beyond and helped me place it inside. At the end of the delivery time frame I contacted these incompetent people and they told me they don't know where my order is right now and it would not be delivered as scheduled. He was very apologetic, he explained the situation to me, and did everything in his power to make me happy. We all make mistakes.....but not everyone takes the time to make it right. Blue Streak did. I order perishable (refrigerated, not frozen) meals from a meal delivery service as I'm incredibly busy and have strict dietary requirements. The order was originally supposed to deliver on Tuesday, but was delayed until Wednesday due to the 4th of July being on Sunday. The meals were not delivered on Wednesday 'Due to an overabundance of caution because of hurricane Elsa [Which was barely a Cat 1] but my meals were stored refrigerated in Orlando.' A holiday and a tropical storm? Okay, that's annoying, but what follows made my blood boil. I was advised by automated email they would be delivered on Thursday. I wait until 6pm on Thursday to call Bluestreak. I called Bluestreak twice and they attempted to reach the delivery driver 4 times. He did not answer, nor return dispatch's calls, and they had no way to track him. On the third call to Bluestreak, all three calls dealing with the same lady, she then puts together that the driver she's been calling this entire time doesn't deliver to my area meaning my package, which had already been delayed 2 days, had been misrouted spoiling and wasting the refrigerated meals. I reiterate that the answer was right in front of her face the first two times I called and she gave me false hope, finally seeing and admitting the mistake at around midnight Thursday evening / Friday morning. 10am Friday morning and at least four day old refrigerated food shows up on my doorstep without any communication. No email or phone-call to even let me know my package was finally on it's way. Not that it matters at this point as the food was promptly disposed of. my father ordered me a Recteq smoker in late Nov 2023. It was received at the blue streak warehouse on Dec 5th in Jacksonville Fl (30 minutes from my house) and stayed there for 10 days until we finally called recteq and they actu got someone on the phone on Dec 15th and Bluestreak then said it would be delivered that day by 6pm. shockingly it didn't show up and Customet service has given the same run around every time I call. Driver won't answer the phone, I'll have a manager call you, blah blah blah. If they would just admit they lost it I would at least not sit here waiting for something to happen. This company is god awful and should be called Brown Streak. who knows where my $2000 smoker is read more

Two different deliveries missed! Last night we waited from 2 - 6:45 for a 2-6 delivery window that never came and no contact from Estes or Blue Streak. This was the second time in 1 week (still waiting for last week's delivery too! Last week was a 10-2 window and when we called Estes (carrier that contracts to Blue Streak) after 2 we were lied to told it was still coming - we waited until after 5 and called again and learned it wasn't even on the truck! Last night we called and were promised a callback that never happened. 2 weeks in a row (2 different deliveries) we were sitting and waiting (we don't live in this house yet and went solely to wait for these deliveries). I have written Hayneedle about this and phone Home Depot last night (and will write them today. In the future I will research what carrier will be used and making sure the seller knows when I go elsewhere if they use Estes. read more

Received text the day of delivery. Received a call an hour before delivery. I LIKED THAT! Driver and helper were very nice and placed the large heavy box where I requested. I have never experienced anything like this. In an attempt to set up a Florida distribution route, I contacted Blue Streak to discuss options and pricing. I didn't immediately receive a call back. I called again, 3 days later I get a call back from a rep named Dustin. I supply Dustin with our package dimensions and volume potential. Then wait. And wait. And wait. A week later I get a request for a picture. I provide it. This goes on and on- a week of nothing, then an email indicating we are almost there. It has been over 8 weeks at this point. I have given up. Completely wasted my time. Only ever received 1 phone call- but did get 5 emails including pricing on the last one- to which I responded that we are close on price and need to get going, which has been unanswered for a week. As a business owner I usually seek out smaller, local businesses rather than deal with big boxes. So I emailed Harold Boyett, the owner of the company. He emailed me back that he would call me. I did receive a call, but it was not from Harold, it was his VP. I, too have a right hand guy that takes things off my plate. The one thing I wouldn't do is tell someone I will call, and have someone else handle it. Most unprofessional shipper I have ever spoken to, and that says a lot. read more

I've taken off two days of work already because they have set up deliveries and then delay and cancel. A couple hours before my first scheduled delivery they inform me my shipment has been delayed and that they will bring it the following day. I wake up the following day early because my window is 8am-12pm, I receive an email saying my Nordictrack treadmill is out for delivery, at 1030am I get a text saying that my delivery has been delayed again and now I have to wait until next week (a third work day) to POSSIBLY get my delivery now. I tried calling the phone number they text you and it just rings and rings. I texted the number they keep sending me updates from (which says you can contact thru text or call) and I get an automated response saying a "service rep" will be with me shortly. I'm disgusted that Nordictrack is even working with a company so unreliable. For the price I paid for my machine I assumed that they would choose a better delivery company. I now have to take a third day off of work to wait to probably be told it will be delayed again. I can't express my frustration at the moment. read more

I ordered furniture 2x from the same company that used Blue streak. Both times they exceeded the window and through off meetings or appointments we needed to be at. To be clear in neither case was it the driver, it's there lack of organization at their warehouse and office apparent by the multiple phone conversations and rescheduling after saying something was ready for delivery when they couldn't even locate it in the warehouse. Horrible customer service. I was supposed to get my wayfair sectional sofa delivered on 12-08-2018 between 2-6 pm and I was supposed to get a phone call from the driver 30 minutes before. No one called me so I called customer service at 5:30 and when they called the driver he said it is a 2 man job and he can not deliver it. So we had to reschedule!!!!!!!!! The only other options they gave me is from 9-1 during business days or another weekend. Business days does not work for me because I work!! I finally scheduled it 2 weeks after on 12-22-2018 between 2-6 pm and the driver will call me 30 minutes before. So to avoid what happened before I called customer service for the last 2 days before the scheduled delivery to make sure that the driver has a helper and to convey my frustration from the first failed delivery attempt. No one was helpful. most of the time they don't answer the phone and you have to leave a voice message which I did. I managed to talk to 2 customer service agents and they did not help at all they just transferred my call to another voice message (Assistant manager)!!! Finally on 12-22-2018 no one called me. So I called customer service at 5:30 pm and then he said he is running behind and that he will come around 7:00. finally he made it, he was actually very professional. So in a summary Bluestreak wasted a whole 2 days to deliver one sectional sofa. The customer service was not helpful at all. and with all voice messages that I left no one contacted me. Ordered an item from Apres nail with express shipping. I logged in to my email to find out the shipping information to see a company I've never seen before. I went to track the order said it was out for delivery on 1/4 by 5 pm as a next day service from the original company. Website says it had arrived at my address but was not delivered?? 5pm comes I call and speak to a gentleman who gives me a whole bunch of different story's. 1 being the driver doesn't have it. 2 it's on a different truck 3rd they are not delivering it today. 4th manager is looking for the item. 5th the driver is now at a funeral in a company truck??? He gets frustrated that I call him on his lying and sends me to a manager who basically forced me off the phone with a she will personally call me since the manager is looking for the package t the warehouse. I call back speak with Susan who tells me to call her back at 8:30 I called her 4 times and no response. She told me the manager went back to work to find my package.... Since 8:30 pm 1/4 I have called 17 times and the system forcing me to either leave a voice-mail or call back.. As it stands the driver either stole it or he tossed it in the trash. read more

A Joke!!!! Unprofessional, unethical, and liars!!!! I ordered a treadmill a piece of exercise equipment from PRO FORM and notified the company that I lived on a military base. Their response what that it was not a problem and that according to their website Blue streak Couriers delivers to the base that I live on. The day that the products were supposed to arrive we were told that they would call us a half hour before they arrive and that they would be there between 10 and 2. No problem, wife took off of work and waited. they called at 4ish and said cant make it today well be there tomorrow. Next day no call and same thing. My wife called and asked them why they did not deliver and they said the driver does not have base access. Base access for delivery drivers is not restricted but drivers are checked to ensure they are in good standings with the local authorities. My wife called dispatch and they swore up and down that the driver did have access and did not have a record. Driver called and said the did not know why dispatch kept sending him there when they know he had a record. Blue Streak swore it would be there tomorrow. Day 3 wife is awaiting for them at the gate and tracking them through the GPS function on the app. and he turns right before the gait and tells dispatch that they waited for her but she never came. That was not the case the driver never called us and dispatch and the driver just blamed each other. Day 4 driver reports to the gate and was told that his paperwork was for a few days ago and they can not access the base. Driver had the app turned off and made it harder to see where he was. no equipment over the weekend and when contacted on Monday they note that they may be able to get it to us on Wednesday. The paper work has not changed and the products have been sitting in the Florida heat in a box truck for two weeks. least profession company I have ever worked with. So far we have waited almost two weeks and lost 4 days of work waiting at home for them to "Not Making it" a complete failure of their business. a complete shame. This is the worst delivery company I have ever had to deal with. My first experience was an order of candy, that they had for 5+ days and then delivered to the wrong address on the other side of town. Every time I called I had to leave a message that was never returned. It wasn't until it was mis-delivered that I was able to speak to someone, by then it was too late. I had to get a credit from the candy company. Now I have a new order (from a different company) and they have had it for 3 days and I was told it was out for delivery, however it was never delivered. read more

Had a delivery from Home Depot who used Estes moving who then used Blue Streak movers. First date they told me the delivery would be on a Thursday, I set up that they could drop it in my driveway instead of making an appointment. On Thursday I get a message saying they could deliver it on Saturday between 8am and 12pm. I called and of course the girl that I talked to had every excuse known to man. I told her I was not happy and that I had already taken off work and now I will have to take off work on Saturday, she hung up on me. As of right now the delivery drivers are over two hours late. I've received no call from anyone and when you try to call them you hold for about 15 minutes and it finally forced you to leave a message. Still waiting on any call from them. Reading through their reviews it seems to be their status quo. This was a contract delivery for Home Depot. We ordered a large piece of furniture from Wayfair and Blue Streak was contracted to deliver it. Although we were not happy with the piece of furniture (quality was awful), the 2 delivery guys were awesome!!! They professional, courteous, efficient, and super cautious. One guy assured us to just call Wayfair about our issue and we did and they were great to. Looks like blue streak is coming back to pick up the crappy furniture lol. Anyway, I would give the two men an A+++ rating; they should get a bonus! Vicki was super professional - she followed up on every little detail and got it there as promised at the moment the office opened. I cannot recommend her enough - the woman was working on a Sunday and made sure to follow up with me to ensure that what I needed to happen, happened.
