On top of that, I am often able to find coupons online which is helpful for keeping costs low for when my work is for a non-profit or small organization. He got the package on a dolly, checked out my ID and scanned the box, then wheeled it out to my SUV and loaded it in the trunk. I was fully prepared to do all this myself as I was told that they don't have a policy to load it in your vehicle for you and I had a dolly, but before I could say anything he did it all for me. After several weeks we initiated a chargeback with CC company. Now PayCargo is playing dumb and seeking us to repay instead of them going to AVI. Their leadership at AVI is either corrupt or very low IQ. Highly recommend using some other service for imports or being extra careful paying them as they won't give you your money back.
