I asked her if they were able to fax something for me and with a friendly and happy response said yes we h can help you with that. During the transaction, Tori engaged in conversation while ringing me up and waiting for the final verification that the fax went through. She wished me a good day and thanked me for my business. I am extremely unhappy with my experience at this location. I mailed a package on May 12 at this location that was expected to be received by May 14, within two business days via USPS. My family member had to reach out to me to let me know that they never received their package, and at this point, it had already been two weeks. When I check the tracking number via USPS, they stated that the package was never received from UPS, where I dropped it off at this location. After going up to the UPS store, I was informed that there is nothing that they can do about this package and that it will just arrive whenever it does. I was not able to get a refund or any real resolution to this problem, which this store is at fault for. In addition, the assistant manager promised a call back with more information, but I have yet to have a call back. She has my tracking number, phone number, and everything needed, so it is no excuse. Please give me the contact information to speak with corporate about this experience. It has now almost been a month and my package is nowhere to be found. read more

This location was super convenient for me as it was located a two-minute walk away. The staff is friendly, fast, and competent. I sometimes have dropped off my USPS mail here at their drop-off. Returning equipment for Comcast or AT&T is simple and straight forward as well. They have some boxes for purchase and a computer for use, although I have never needed either. I would gladly drive a bit out of my new home location for their good service and knowledgable staff. read more

Absolutely my favorite UPS store in town. I will drive out of my way to visit this store if I have multiple packages because I know I will get in and out faster than any other store and the service will be friendly and helpful. I visited recently to do multiple Amazon returns with different bar codes so I braced myself for a wait and clarifying questions, but every single item was scanned and entered so fast and done perfectly. I really appreciate when I visit a business with what I think could be complicated requests and they handle it all fluidly and with a smile and I am on my way in minutes. read more

This is located in a shopping center near Publix on the Southside. I arrived a little before opening on a weekday. The store was totally dark inside and didn't look like anyone was there or counting the register in hopes of opening so I wasn't able to have documents copied here. Luckily there was a FedEx around the corner that opens earlier and better caters to the extended hours of regular business clientele. read more

Over the past year, I traditionally have had pleasant experiences in this particular UPS store. As an avid online shopper, I am very familiar with shipping and returns through UPS and this particular location is the closest to my home. Recently however, some of the staff that I have interacted with has been particularly rude and completely unprofessional. So displeasing, that I have taken my business to the FedEx nearby whenever possible. One experience in particular, was when I recently went in to have a book spiral bound. I was looking to have the binding stripped, the covers laminated, and then the final product spiral bound. The woman I was originally working with was trying her hardest to complete my request and find a solution to what I was looking for, when a man came from the back of the store to tell me that my book could not be bound and spoke to me as if my request was outrageous. He could not grasp the fact that I wanted my book rebound, and continued to speak to me in the most disrespectful way. Instead of just politely telling me that he didn't think my request was possible, he continued to harp on the fact that my request "made no sense" and that he could not "laminate an entire book" (which I didn't request). It was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience that led me to FedEx, in which they understood and completed my request with no questions asked. I wish I could recommend this UPS, but after multiple unpleasant experiences, I would rather take my business elsewhere. read more

I needed some pictures printed on glossy paper in 5x7 and 8x10. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to Walgreens! The pictures took forever to send due to my slow email, but they were patient and most helpful! They did a great job! I will travel to this location for future small business needs!! read more

I had to return some equipment to AT&T and the UPS store closest to me kept "having system issues". Long story short, I decided to call them before I went there and have them say they couldn't get connected. And Lord and behold, same story. I decided to call this UPS store which is close to my job and they had no problem with their system. I went on my way to work and was out of there in less than five minutes! I was in Florida foir a week working as a contractor. The last stop was Jacksonville. I had to purchase numerous supplies including a ladder. As I wasn't able to take the ladder on my flight, I stopped into this store to ask about shipping it to my home. I was very satisfied by the way my ionquiry was handled. They explained how they would prepare it for transport and the least costly way I could get it home. They also shipped a box of supplies and printed my boarding passes from a flash drive.
