Even if there is a slight wait, since they do fingerprints for background checks there will occasionally be a slight delay, they always acknowledge everyone in the store and apologize if there is a wait. The only drawback I have of this store is the location downtown. If you work downtown and already have parking situated, then the location is ideal. Now that I have to drive downtown to get to this location, parking can be challenging. When I have been lucky enough to get a metered space in front to the store, I've always been in and out within 7 minutes (1 quarter in the meter). Even with this drawback, because I can be assured of the best service, I will use this store first. Also, when doing Amazon returns, other UPS stores charge $1 if I don't already have the packed taped closed, but this one did not have that requirement. Love the customer service here, it is my favorite UPS store in town.

They have a procedure that the MUST send a code to my phone for verification. I didn't have my phone because it was stolen. It took over 3 weeks to resolve the issue. I had to borrow money to survive eventhough I had plenty of money in USAA. When I went to pay my mailbox fee at UPS the manager would not give me my discount because I was late eventhough I had explained exactly what was occurring prior to me paying. Simple inconprehensible. I was floored. If it wasn't for the location I would redirect my business asap. I will never think of them the same.

I endured over 40 minutes of misery and a severe panic attack which could have been entirely avoided if only someone trained was able to assist the whole time, which the Livescan guy on the phone told me was supposed to be required anyway! Constantly, more customers would come in with other things and the two UPS employees would be forced to go deal with them, passing me off to the Livescan guy on the phone who had limited ability to help due to not being physically present. The employees were kind and understanding but that is no substitute for having more than two employees in the UPS store so that one of them can help with the Livescan machine while others attend to customers with packages. I've never seen an UPS store with fewer than 3 employees even if it didn't offer this service. It's unfair to customers and employees to understaff so severely.

Kohl's is a little pricey for my tight purse LOL. But they always have lots of clearance and some sales. I typically shop the clearance rack and find at least one item to purchase. Usually it's a shirt or a pair of shorts. Over the holidays I found a Christmas sweater I liked. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the store is typically pretty organized. Plus it's a large store with lots to check out. I have also found several pair of flip-flops or sandals at this location. I also like it because it is never too crowded. Sketchers has become my numero uno in footwear! Over the course of this year, I've purchased two…read morepairs of dress shoes, one pair of trail shoes, which added to the Sketchers household shoes I've had around for a while! The deals here really make it difficult to not visit every day! I used to be a New Balance guy but I found what seemed to be changes in the shoes that caused them to not last as long as they used to. I didn't need to stick with NB anymore since my military service ended. But I found an opportunity to give another brand a try. I picked up a sturdy black trail shoe that continues to impress me and shows no signs of wearing out, whether on the trails shooting photos and videos, walking the beach, or for everyday use. I picked up a couple of dress shoes as well. One was a pair of brown slip-ins, that not only fit like a glove, but are a comfy as all get out! With both of these, my old Walking Co. shoes have been replaced. My second pair of dress shoes are black waterproof but are not slip-ins. Each pair have been terrific in appearance and durability. It's pretty clear Sketchers has come a long way in recent years! I will say if you come here, first you much look for deals - that's what an outlet like this is all about. Also, you must sign up for emails and rewards! You will get rewarded many times over! I'll finally say that the customer service has been stellar. I really appreciate it how organized everything was and that they included the prime membership discount on all the tags around the store. One thing I do wish they had is the complimentary ice station for your refrigerated items, which is usually offered at other stores.
