I have used this UPS store for mailing packages to friends and family and have always appreciated the fast and friendly service here. Even if there is a slight wait, since they do fingerprints for background checks there will occasionally be a slight delay, they always acknowledge everyone in the store and apologize if there is a wait. The only drawback I have of this store is the location downtown. If you work downtown and already have parking situated, then the location is ideal. Now that I have to drive downtown to get to this location, parking can be challenging. When I have been lucky enough to get a metered space in front to the store, I've always been in and out within 7 minutes (1 quarter in the meter). Even with this drawback, because I can be assured of the best service, I will use this store first. Also, when doing Amazon returns, other UPS stores charge $1 if I don't already have the packed taped closed, but this one did not have that requirement. Love the customer service here, it is my favorite UPS store in town. read more

I've always had a good experience up until now. I had my adidas bag stolen with my phone and wallet in it. I use USAA as my bank. They have a procedure that the MUST send a code to my phone for verification. I didn't have my phone because it was stolen. It took over 3 weeks to resolve the issue. I had to borrow money to survive eventhough I had plenty of money in USAA. When I went to pay my mailbox fee at UPS the manager would not give me my discount because I was late eventhough I had explained exactly what was occurring prior to me paying. Simple inconprehensible. I was floored. If it wasn't for the location I would redirect my business asap. I will never think of them the same. read more

Difficulties parking due to location however you will receive outstanding customer service.

Great customer service! Was in and out with no issues returning my item. Parking wasn't bad either!

Just had a really nice experience on the phone with The UPS Store Downtown Jacksonville, #4509, 221 N Hogan St, Jacksonville, FL 32202 Phone: (904) 355-4190. Elizabeth answered the phone pleasantly and went out of her way to not only answer my questions about services but she also gave me prices and suggested other resources for me. She was pleasant, clear, concise and made me feel like my call was really important. I am in customer service (via phones) and I recognize good customer service when I see it! Thanks, Elizabeth and Happy New Year read more

I should have reviewed this store a long time ago. i the team here. They are always quick, respectful & thorough. No matter how long the line or how crazy the day is. When I lost my dog and went in there frantically trying to print flyers, they were so sweet & comforting. They even put flyers up at the store. They called to check to see if he had been found. read more

I enjoyed working with Vikki so much, she helped me get banners made for my new business and really saved me money too. Then she lent me her umbrella because it was raining !!! I can't thank her enough for her help and kindness!! I most definitely will bring my business and personal needs to this location. read more

I stopped into this store cause I had a package to send and it was next to a pretty good sandwich shop downtown. I swung in and the lady behind the counter looked at me and let me help you. Ok we can ship this package but we can't do the other one. It's the other company you know Fed guys and we at what can brown do for you and in a tug of war I guess. She went on to explain it is right over there around the corner. Ok so she rang me up and on the way my package went. So she was nice enough but I wish that they could have taken both of my packages since it was now raining. Yea. read more

Owner could be nicer. $5 minimum credit card charge so I couldn't send a fax here, he suggested I go to an ATM; instead I went to the FedEx store down the street and they don't have a minimum, not to mention they have nice DIY stations. One time he charged me about $9 for packing peanuts on a medium sized box on top of my shipping cost, something the UPS Store on Roosevelt doesn't do. If all companies charged for a few packing peanuts and had minimum charges for credit cards, that would be one thing, but when two competitors in town don't, and when the owner guy is a bit unpleasant, it makes it hard to continue to use this location for my shipments. read more

Excellent service. Strongly recommend for fingerprinting for medical licensing. I previously had my first set taken at the police office, and the prints were rejected. Thankfully, the owner of this ups store was a pro, and the prints came out much better. He uses an FBI fingerprinting system, which was much nicer. He uses red ink on the fingers, which came off so much more easily. And then the ink turns black on contact with another sheet of paper so that you don't have to walk around with black hands all day. To make things even better, he even mailed my package usps for me (which is amazing given that usps is ups's competition). read more

This is by far the best UPS store, the owners do their best to give 100%. They are the most compassionate people I have ever come across and wish them nothing but the best. I order canvas prints and they turned out absolutely amazing!!! Highly recommended for all of your printing needs. read more
