The point is: DHL status said that I didn't pay the duty but IT'S NOT TRUE because I already paid on October 3rd. Other that that, yesterday (10/05/2026) I called to DHL Customer Service and the attendant was so confused to explain basic informations about my box. He told me my payment doesn't appear on DHL system so they are consider I didn't do the payment. I tried to explain him that I received a mail of my bank (Bank of America) that my debit card was used and I have the paper proof. He said that I have to wait for a couple hours because my payment wasn't in DHL system yet. Today, 10/06/2026, DHL mail me saying that they won't delivery my box because I didn't do the payment and I'll have to pay for the storage, what's an ABSURD!!! DHL doesn't have good people on Costumer Service to help us, they don't have an email support plus their system is not good at all. I know I did the payment on October 3rd and the photo was attached.

We are selling our house out of state and opted to do a mail-away closing. I wanted a receipt because of the time time sensitivity and importance of the documents so, I found myself in need of a FedEx store. I wasn't aware of a location near me but after a quick online search found Quik Pack, which is an authorized FedEx location. When I went in, the place was very clean and spacious. It was under 3 miles away so I headed there! When I arrived, it was a little hard to find because there are no outward hanging signs but I found the store after driving about midway down the plaza because of the door lettering. There was plenty of parking. It was very clean and smelled great! There were plenty of envelopes for me to choose from and the owner was extremely helpful. He walked me through my options and made a suggestion on what would work best for me. We had a really good conversation. I got a receipt and term firmed my package was delivered I expected. Drop boxes are great when time and delivery confirmation aren't as critical but it was great to know that I have a store close to me with great customer service that I can now go to.
