I generally have a great experience at most UPS stores; minus their high prices. This store however had a pretty rude clerk working the 2 times I visited; she wasn't very friendly. The last time the customer in front me asked her what was wrong with her, but didn't get a response. While this is the closest location to me, I would rather go to the location off San Jose. read more

I normally go out of my way to leave good reviews. However, I think I'd like to make people aware that my last two times, the experience was unpleasant. First visit, I was attended by a women who frankly was pretty rude to me. I don't want to put anyone's name out there so I won't. I felt she was quite condescending instead of helpful when I was new to the whole ebay UPS thing. Just now, I came into the store and I came in and stood at the counter for at least two minutes. The gentleman there did not say a word to me, as I stood there just holding the package I needed to send. After a few minutes, he goes and helps me out. 1. When a customer walks in, it's routine to greet them "hey sir I'll be with you in just a minute " or something along those lines. Instead you place the customer in an awkward position. If you need to come here, I hope your experience is different and pleasant. But prepare yourself mentally and don't take it personal if it's not. The service itself works as it needs to- they do help me get my packages out, help with taping when needed ect. I'll certainly be willing to update my review if I have a different and improved customer service experience in the future. read more

I currently have a private mail box at this location since I am in the middle of selling my condo and buying a house (side note: only do this ONCE in your lifetime! :D). This UPS store is pretty small since it is located in a plaza with other businesses, but they provide a full service when it comes to shipping, printing, etc. The employees are friendly, especially Christina, as she was very helpful and gave me her business card when I was getting my mailbox, should I have any more questions. Besides having a mailbox here, I usually come to this UPS location if I need to ship anything, even though there is another location closer to me. The employees here are always great and that is why I'd rather come to this location. Because it is so small, if there are a lot of folks in line, it can go to the door. And with the social distancing measures in place, it can get awkward, especially for those who need to retrieve their mail as folks line up against the mailboxes. But it is not the fault of the store for this layout or the employees, the pandemic has changed everything. read more

Avoid this location. I was a customer of this store for over 7 years and saw different staff come and go. The staff current staff is very combative and unprofessional. Time and time again UPS is proving to be my favorite place to ship! Today they were so helpful and friendly! I went to a different location first but they were out of the boxes I needed so I went to the next closest one which happened to be this one and I'm so glad it was! They were having some technical difficulties with their system but they were still able to help me and accomplish what I needed to do. They said I could call them back later to get my tracking number because of their computer being weird which was totally fine, I completely understand that. But they ended up calling me first and leaving a very nice message with my tracking number! That is greatly appreciated! Thank you!!! read more

Hi! I had to find a reliable person to pick up a 4 foot bonsai tree from an attorney's office, bring it to the UPS store and overnight it to me. The tree is over 40 years old and was part of my recently deceased father's estate. Needless to say, I conveyed my many concerns to Mark, and the rest is history. I LIVE IN NEW YORK CITY and had to do this over the phone. After a brief phone call with Mark at the first UPS store I called, I knew I had spoken to the man I wanted to deal with. He quickly got the information and prices for picking up the tree, taking it back to his facility, packaging it and shipping it to arrive the next morning by 10:30 AM. I cannot express my gratitude to Mark and his team. Below is a portion of the email I sent him today, and wanted to share. I have been tidying up my place and just took these photos to send you, when I received your email following up on the delivery. I cannot thank you enough for the care and love and time you obviously put into the planning and shipping of my bonsai tree. Love just came pouring out of the box as I opened it. EVERY SINGLE TIME Christine is incredibly rude and has a nasty attitude towards the me and the majority of the other customers in the store. Every now and then she'll greet a customer that she knows by name in a friendly tone. I will not be returning to this location specifically because of her horrible attitude. read more

I have the occasion to use the UPS store on Old St Augustine Rd . In the Publix store parking lot. The young man When I first started going there was working as always with out a time off but with a smile and just plain helpful in every possible way. He recognizes me when I go in cause I wear oriental Type T shirts. I think he wants me to give him one since I have 31 different styles. Any way recently the store was sold and I was introduced to the new owners. My little buddy that has help there now so he does get a day off. The help I delt with is low key and as helpful as they can be. Can we do any better then that. I doubt that very much. read more

Christina was very helpful with getting my cards all stamped and ready for pick up! Dynamic staff; especially Christina. She happens to be the one to handle the multiple shipments to my son at college. I feel I know her from my many visits. During my visits, I have observed Christina always greeting all that enters warmly and with a smile. Ready to assist. At the counter, she makes sure she addresses all inquiries and provides information timely. Though the location is small, she and her co-workers always seem to make the wait short. Quick and easy location to get to. This location used to be called mail boxes etc, but was changed to a UPS store a few years back. What makes this location great is that it's right next to a publix and cvs and easy access from 295. My parents and sister have a mailbox with them and they pay about $210 a year for a mail box. Not sure how different size boxes work but theirs are the standard small boxes just strictly for mail. I've also never had a problem picking up packages for my parents and I do like the convenience of knowing their stuff isn't just sitting out by the front door where anyone could take it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. What does take a while is if there are multiple people waiting to send packages and only one person behind the counter. That's when the wait can take a while. UPS driver was picking up from the store and wouldn't take my already paid for package that was pre-labeled and ready to go because the cashier didn't want to have to scan it and add it to their report for the day. I asked where I could take the package if she couldn't help me and she told me to try the Bartram location. I already knew that the pickup there was past time so I had to drive to a pickup box several miles away and by luck was able to flag down the driver who graciously accepted the package. It should not have been that hard as it was only 6:15 and the store claims to be open until 7. The cashier and driver at this location could have been way more helpful but couldn't be bothered to help someone who does hundreds of dollars of business per month with them with a business account. Of course they did not know that but it shouldn't have mattered. I can not recommend this location if you have an unforeseen last minute package that has to get out. They can help you but they have demonstrated that they won't. read more
