They also have shipping supplies. If you don't want to use a FedEx box, they sell plain brown boxes as well as tape and other supplies which actually aren't too expensive. I would definitely recommend this location for shipping and if you need to pick up a package and can choose a location, this one is great.

For regular prints, I never have any issue sending them from my home computer and picking up within a couple hours. For my more complicated prints, I have needed to ask for everything from help printing a physical receipt, formatting to print a certain way, cutting properly, and even sending my order to a different location when servers where down. On top of that, I am often able to find coupons online which is helpful for keeping costs low for when my work is for a non-profit or small organization. He got the package on a dolly, checked out my ID and scanned the box, then wheeled it out to my SUV and loaded it in the trunk. I was fully prepared to do all this myself as I was told that they don't have a policy to load it in your vehicle for you and I had a dolly, but before I could say anything he did it all for me.
