He went to the back to check then came back asking if I had a vehicle large enough to hold it. I pointed out my car and he said "Ok, I'll be right back". He got the package on a dolly, checked out my ID and scanned the box, then wheeled it out to my SUV and loaded it in the trunk. I was fully prepared to do all this myself as I was told that they don't have a policy to load it in your vehicle for you and I had a dolly, but before I could say anything he did it all for me.
