Jax Color is my go to for my art prints and large artwork scans. The location is great with easy…read moreparking so it isn't difficult to get in and out. If you live anywhere besides Riverside/Downtown/Springfield it's only a few blocks off 95 Park Street exit. Some items can be pricey but they work with you when you need something special-which is different than a place you'd order online. You get to speak with an actual human face to face and are able to explain what you want with visuals rather than just over the phone. They also print on fabrics and canvas. My favorite thing to use them for is large scale scans of artwork. It's the only place in town I found to do them-other than finding a professional photographer who will take photos of your work then give you the images. They charge $5 a scan. So awesome! They can also transfer the files to you using a file transfer utility app (like Dropbox) or you can bring a thumb drive with you. Try them out for yourself!

For my more complicated prints, I have needed to ask for everything from help printing a physical receipt, formatting to print a certain way, cutting properly, and even sending my order to a different location when servers where down. As soon as I walked in a young man asked if I was dropping off or picking up. I told him I was picking up and told him my last name. He went to the back to check then came back asking if I had a vehicle large enough to hold it. I pointed out my car and he said "Ok, I'll be right back". He got the package on a dolly, checked out my ID and scanned the box, then wheeled it out to my SUV and loaded it in the trunk. I was fully prepared to do all this myself as I was told that they don't have a policy to load it in your vehicle for you and I had a dolly, but before I could say anything he did it all for me.
