This UPS store is really understaffed, and the couple of employees present, though clearly doing their best, do not seem to have received proper full training in Livescan fingerprinting and seemed almost as confused and stressed as I was. I endured over 40 minutes of misery and a severe panic attack which could have been entirely avoided if only someone trained was able to assist the whole time, which the Livescan guy on the phone told me was supposed to be required anyway! Constantly, more customers would come in with other things and the two UPS employees would be forced to go deal with them, passing me off to the Livescan guy on the phone who had limited ability to help due to not being physically present. The employees were kind and understanding but that is no substitute for having more than two employees in the UPS store so that one of them can help with the Livescan machine while others attend to customers with packages. I've never seen an UPS store with fewer than 3 employees even if it didn't offer this service. It's unfair to customers and employees to understaff so severely. read more

Located with a hard left turn when entering the plaza. Had a couple Amazon returns along with a package that was already labeled. There was only one employee working during the morning shift, but I was in and out within 5 minutes. Noticed this location does not have the self serve Amazon Kiosk. read more

I use UPS stores in multiple locations depending on where I am running errands. I have stopped by this store to send packages previously and recently to send an Amazon return. The package seemed to not be scanned correctly but fortunately they did eventually receive my return. I appreciate the services offered at the store and the employee was friendly. However, what I did not appreciate is the lack of enforcement of the mask policy. While the sign on the door says masks required, there were two customers interacting with the clerk who had masks around their chin. I know it is difficult for employees to insist masks be worn correctly but to make other customers feel comfortable using their locations, it should be necessary. Otherwise this location is spacious, well stocked, and convenient. read more

As I walked in there was an employee up on the counter either hanging up or taking down a monitor. He immediately dropped (no pun intended because he actually did drop something and it was loud lol) what he was doing and assisted me with shipping 2 separate items after packaging them both beautifully. Never ship out anything that you don't want to arrive damaged... I took in two lamps.... One Base only and one with Base and shade. The worker not the owner Andre packed the box cut down from golf club box that was too small for base of lamp. The packer made a "tent" top instead of a flat top knowing that UPS packers pack boxes on top of another to the top of trucks. It arrived with lamp socket broken off and three feet smashed. I submitted all pictures of broken lamp with boxes and labels and receipt of the lamp to them on the first day of notification from the recipient of the lamps... It's been one month of run around from the store.... They should have told me that UPS corporate was going to send me s template for me to upload photos.....They said they would have an inspector go to the recipients house to look at damaged lamp.... Days later the recipient's UPS driver knocked on his door (he's handicapped) and asked if he had lamp boxed up so he could remove from his house to take it for inspection. Recipient said " No that's not what we agreed to!" So then they would review the photographs that we submitted ON THE FIRST DAY! Then corporate said they needed to hear from store #3676 not me! Andre said he sent in the pictures... Then corporate said they never received them.... So corporate was saying one thing Andre saying another.....This had been a SHITSHOW from the onset! I went in today because Corporate said they would let Andre would have an answer by Monday at closing.... Andre gave me some BS excuse.... blah blah blah and I got angry raised my voice and cursed... He called the police... YEAH CALLED THE POLICE! I don't trust him or his word and now have corporate working with me independently! He's an Asshole! read more

Nice and friendly staff. They are attentive and intuitive as well. They know what they need from you in order to ship your package successfully. The store itself is nice and clean. They play music that is right down the middle of the road and it smells nice in there. read more

They go out of their way to make sure you feel like a valued customer even if it's your first visit. Would give this zero starts if I could. Worst customer service I've ever seen anywhere. I called for help on an order & the guy I was talking to started helping another client while on the phone with me then had ME WAIT because he was "helping another client" when he was already on the phone helping me. So I hung up & called back to ask for a manager. The girl who answered said that I would have to come in & talk to the manager & I said I couldn't & would rather talk on the phone. Meanwhile I can hear the same guy in the back ground talking to her saying "she's probably mad because I was in middle of helping a client when she called" which isn't true because he was helping me FIRST. she then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back & again asked to speak to her manager. She said the manager wasn't in at the moment, another lie I called her out on. She said well the manager is busy so they can't help you. I end up hanging up without getting any help in the 30 minutes I spent trying to speak someone. They are very nonchalant about situations & frankly don't seem to care about how they treat their clients. I'm disgusted with the care I DIDNT RECEIVE. I'm sorry if your package ends up here, again it's terrible TERRIBLE customer service I've ever seen. read more
