Parking at this location is a real headache. If you're lucky enough to grab a spot right in front of the store, just know that getting out is going to be a struggle. Backing out is definitely not as easy as it looks. If you end up parking across the street, get ready to dodge traffic in both directions just to cross over. As for the store itself, it always seems busier than the UPS locations in St. Johns or Argyle. I went the other day to drop off a few Amazon returns, and the line was backed up all the way out the front door. I ended up driving over to the Argyle location the next day, and I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Sure, I get it--it's the holiday season, so things are probably extra hectic. read more

I have only used them for drop of returns. Every employee I have dealt with has always been very polite and patient. I usually see Jessica there and she always talks to everyone and ask how are they doing. This is a busy location, just be patient and they will get to you and help you with all your needs. read more

After getting an outrageous quote from a local cupcake store for a dozen cupcakes with an 80s theme ( 47 bucks! ) I decided to take matters into my own hands. I called the UPS store and they provided the prints I needed. As you can see I was able to make my own cupcake toppers! They were a hit at my besties party! We went to have some documents notarized. We we're told it'll be 15 minutes to have somebody come out. Waited more than 15 minutes and when we asked what's the hold up, we were told that the manager, who's supposed to be the notary public, was on the phone with corporate. We left then to go some place else. The good business sense is to attend to their customers first. So disappointing and frustrating. Will not recommend this place to anyone. read more

The old owner and staff were very nice and professional. The staff is still nice, however the new female owner is terrible. She's unprofessional, loud, thinks she knows it all, and makes up prices as she goes. She charges based on what she thinks the customer can pay. Apparently she doesn't know that there are many other ups stores/ owners that would never make up fees or charge for things that NO other ups stores charge for. I have been to many ups stores in Florida and Georgia. I've never had a single problem except at this Normandy store. Good luck to the new owner with her get rich scheme! read more

Worst exprience ever in ups store. Not sure this old lady is owner but when I was trying to drop off some package which somehow had "diamond hazard" sticker. She was so rude to tell me that they can't accept my boxes. So, I removed those stickers and told her that there is no hazard material inside but she still refused to accept my packages....again I wasnt trying to be rude and told her that let's find out if ups guy will pick them up...and she told me "if he doesnt, I will thow them to carbage".......what..the...? BEST experience in a UPS Store EVER. WHERE do I start?! I ordered some baby shower invitations not too long ago and I was in a completely different city! The team worked hard to make sure I was completely satisfied with how I wanted the invites done and were finished in no time at all! Very dependable and for all the effort they take to make sure you're happy they also have very reasonable pricing! Everyone is super sweet and extremely helpful. Since I was in another city a family member picked up said invitations. I wasn't even there but even said family member was impressed at how professional the store was but how nice the staff was as well. Can't beat that! In short, I'm Completely blown away. I cannot recommend this store enough for ANYONE who needs invitations done or any other types of print jobs. Such a Phenomenal job! I cannot wait to visit this store again! read more

We have used this store two times and we never get our packages delivered when they say they will delivered. The first time we received our package 1 month after it was supposed to be delivered .... it contained graduation invitations, needless to say everybody received the invitations after the event. The last time we used it we paid $55 for overnight delivery on a Saturday (expected delivery on Monday) and we didn't receive it until Wednesday because in this store they deliberately wrote the address wrong (aptment number first and then street number) they did nothing to fix it. I had to call ups directly and if I didn't I probably would ben still waiting on my overnight package. Very disappointed on this place. My family and I will never usethis store again read more
