I was already purchasing supplies at the store so I didn't just "use" their services without some benefit to them. If you're buying boxes etc the cost to print the label should be waived. Shame on the manager Cali as this is a location specific fee. This is why the corporations keep getting richer and the average American is struggling more than they ever have. This is my go-to UPS Store whenever I need to fax copies to the clerk of courts, make copies, return Amazon items, use a notary or send items out. The employees here are very hard working and efficient. There's usually a line due to all of the Amazon returns, but it moves quickly. I have never had issues with parking even though this location shares a lot with other popular restaurants and retail stores. Just fast, friendly and efficient service! read more

I was in the store yesterday and I needed to print a label for my amazon return but I didn't know how, so I asked the employee, I believe his name is Tony... slender tall man with glasses and brown hair. He told me he couldn't do it, something about my iPhone and I told him the lady which is the manager has helped me before so he just proceeded to call upon the next customer, which was rude of him! Quality customer service from this employee is no Bueno, I am referring to Tony. He does not deserve to be in a job dealing with customer service. I came here last week to drop off a few packages and when I pulled up, I noticed that the building space was empty. I drove around to the see if it moved and noticed today that they are now located a mile or so down the road next to the amazing Sushi Bear. Anyways, I was not able to drop my packages off that day but I have in the past and had no problems. Parking is a bit limited but will be visiting the new location soon since I still have to drop off two things and I am not going to the office anymore. read more

I was in a hurry to get letter notarized letter and not only did that get me out the door very quickly so I wasnt late for my probation appt in which is why I needed the letter that day! I like this place, the people are friendly and don't mind me going straight to the computer to take care of my business. Hours are kind of wonky, they are only open til 7. And they seem to have problems with their computers alot, luckily their printers can read off a usb key. So they lose a star for not having computer access all the time. read more

The people at the UPS store have always been so helpful and courteous no matter who has been behind the counter. They are quick and able to use their time wisely so being second in line, youre not standing around waiting for the first guys fax to go through before being helped. Also ive lost tracking numbers more than once, in fact I've lost one tracking number three times! They are always very kind about looking it up for you and even made me feel less like an idiot the third time I called for it. I always use this location because I feel like excellent customer service is not easy to find and they deserve and have earned my business. read more

Wow they hit u in the head in here. The young black girl (with braids) was in such a a rush she got the shipping address wrong and said t wouldn't take it. After repeating several time to her she still typed in the wrong name and address. Then she rolled her eyes. They do not tell you how much a box is they just charge you for it. We needed to get a letter from my bank and they could only fax (somehow they couldn't email and mail was going to take too long). We faxed to the UPS store and my husband was a few min late picking it up. The owner agreed to stay open 5 min so he could grab it. Saved the day! read more

Extremely poor customer service. During my last 3 visits I have dealt with the same young guy. He is evidently miserable in his choice of occupations and it has severely damaged what used to be good customer service at this location.
