DO NOT COME TO THIS UPS! If your box is slightly too big they will refuse to take it or tape it for you... every other UPS store has been more than willing to help me tape any size box. The gentleman was very rude, save yourself and go somewhere else!! EDIT - read other reviews! This owner is cheap and can't even spare a couple of Pennies to tape a box! Look at the reply! Smh. The guy that was at the counter when I came in was rude. My package was taped up and ready to go but I don't own a scale large enough to weigh a very large box. He gave me attitude when I asked to use their scale to weigh it. I left and went to the Deerwood UPS store to send my package. This place is right around the corner but I would rather drive 10 extra minutes to get friendly service. The Deerwood UPS store has really friendly employees and I recommend them over the Beach Blvd location. read more

Avoid this location at all cost, employee couldn't even provide just a little tape for my box that became open, stated "the tape is my responsibility" everytime I go into any ups they are very helpful this one is the worst one I've ever came across in my life. read more

After trying to kill two birds with one stone at the Staples next door, the employee recommended to me to "just go over to UPS and they'll take care of you." I've actually been to this specific location a handful of times and nearly forgot they were here. Listen, all I had to do was make a simple shipment. But we all know that every now and again, it's the little things that get messed up. All I have to say is that my experience here was great and most importantly, quick. The attendant behind the counter did exactly what I asked and executed it in a timely manner. Happy customer in my book. Now if the package doesn't get there in the proposed timeframe that might be another story, but I'm confident that won't be the case. Maybe one of my most boring reviews in a while, but giving credit where credit is due is something I deem necessary. read more

Csme here yesterday and although a bit pricy ($.99 to scan a one page of a 17 page document) I was in and out. Now I have been waiting 30 minutes because the person working that showed up 15 minutes late only speaks a few words of english and does not know how to scan a document. She can say "he coming" but that's about it. FML Edit: Total to get one page scanned was just over an hour. The person that could do the job wanted to charge me $1.50 instead of the $.99 price. He claimed there was a minimum you can spend at the store! When I ask for a receipt, he told me that's only if you spend $5 or more. Fuck this place, on the way out a guy told mete there is an app that you can scan documents for free. Now I know and will never be back here again! read more

New owners have been doing an incredible job there and provide consistently great service. it's a whole new place and shouldn't be tarnished by old reviews if you're someone who pays attention to these. If I could give this place zero stars I would the guy that helped me get my return to Amazon was amazing helpful and quick but as of for the other staff which I'm guessing was the manger horrible as soon as I walked in he just simply didn't want to help over the fact that my box wasn't taped to the point this guy made me purchase a whole roll of tape to only put one single strip of tape on the box he was highly unprofessional and was just trying to make some money somehow read more

RAMA IS AN OWL If you don't know what that is go look it up. It means someone who tries to gain financially by being dishonest with people. He tried to charge me double shipping on a package that I had returned to sender. The shipping was almost $250, and he tried to charge me again. He told me I had to pay it in cash only, as it would mess up his system if I didn't pay cash. I contacted UPS corporate and found out that he was, indeed trying to rip me off. He was called by UPS and told not to do that anymore, and when I went to get my package, he still tried to get the money from me. Nice little location to send parcel, print & copy. It's a small location, but it has all the abilities of a big sized UPS. They fellow that runs it is a real nice guy. He also is the only one that does notaries at this UPS. read more

I have occsionally used this branch for Amazon returns and service was not fast, but OK. Today I showed the employee my return authorization with the QR code they scan, they asked for a bar code. I pointed out that that was the code they scan and they turned away and started doing something else on the computer. I went to another location, walked in, they zapped the code and took my package. I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. This location needs to at least train employees in the basic services they offer! read more

This location was more convenient for me to go to instead of the one by Southside & Touchton, not to mention that this one is open an hour later. The guy behind the counter is young and very friendly. He'll make small talk with you while prepping your package to be shipped and get you on your way. This last time he helped me send my U-Verse receiver back to AT&T in less than 5 minutes. If you ever need any special shipping done I'll definitely come here. read more

The attitude of the workers here are absolutely horrible and not all customer friendly. I came by to drop off package and it was a few minutes after closing hours. The clerk refused to let me drop off the package even though I was only a few feet from the counter. It was already postmarked and ready to go, and this guy had to nothing at all, but he was just being a jerk. I've been to other UPS stores that are much friendlier. Arrived a full 15 minutes before closing to find the front door locked and the lights out. Knocked on the door, was greeted by a clerk who told me to "hurry up". I had 5 UPS drop-off returns to send back to Amazon; this store only accepted one, explaining they are "too small for packages". Now that's a head scratcher. I went to this location after 6pm and it was dark out. I drove around the complex for half an hour looking for the place. I had to stop at a hair salon to ask where it was. The clerk told me to just drive along the stores it was next to the nail salon. It was dark and there sign was not lit. I mentioned it to the clerk and she said that it has been broken since the hurricane which was almost three months ago and have not been fixed yet and it looks like they are not in any hurry to fix it soon.
