Utterly the best shipping store in history. They are ao attentive to their customers before we even step in the store.. meaning if they see you coming in with packages.. they come out and offer help! They open the door for you, assist with every single service option and even entertaining small children with customers to ease small wait times. I was there to make three small Amazon returns. There was a woman already at the machine and I was already ready for the first one before I walked in. A second woman skipped in front of me, which wasn't the problem. She only had one return anyway. When I went up a line began to form behind me and before I could make my 3rd return an employee walked over and printed my receipt. So I walked out. I don't appreciate that at all, felt like I was being rushed out of the store. I will have to return later or start over on this one and just go to Whole Foods. read more

Ray is our favorite UPS driver EVER! He comes to my company twice a day and always has the most positive attitude and even does a countdown to Friday with us! He also gets our important medical packages where they need to be on time/early with his flawless service. Our company always misses his positivity when he has a day off training new hires. This is the worst store ever I sent a package out before Christmas. There was one number missing from the address. I intercepted the package as it was in New York spoke to a UPS person up there at the store. They said it would be re-delivered just for it to supposedly come back here to the store. I mailed it from well my friend who works for UPS goes to the store to get my box. They don't know anything about it and I have an email confirmation that says it was delivered back to the store and that Matthew signed for it. The store claims they don't know anybody named Matthew they don't know anything about my package even though I have email confirmation saying it went back to the store and it should be sitting there. I try to file a claim. No one wants to do that. They don't want to give you your money back they don't wanna find your package. They really don't care. They're gonna take your money and make it impossible for you to speak to anybody. I will never use UPS again ever and if I did, I surely wouldn't use the store again. The fact that they have not called me to try to rectify the situation and all I have is the last thing I got was the email confirmation that literally says what time what day what address and the person that signed for it because I requested a signature upon delivery to make sure it got where it got in this is the second package they lost for me over Christmas holidays and claim they know nothing about it and won't even make a claim about it Trump must be running this UPS store or UPS entirely cause it doesn't work. It's a broken system. they don't know what they're doing. No one knows anything they pawn you off to someone else they keep giving you different 800 numbers which is the same stupid line just with a different number. These people don't care care about your stuff. They don't care about lost packages. They make it so difficult that you end up just giving up because there's no possible way you can even file a claim. They won't do it!!!! read more

Went back had the same experience as before except this time when I left the man working followed me outside to tell me I'm the problem which was literally insane. I'm leaving and you're following me out? I was not asked to leave I was leaving upon my own free will. Last time I left a review they expressed their concerns and offered an email if I needed further assistance. So I had the same issue there again. UPS store #3879 will try and charge you to tape your box shut even if you only need 6" of tape. Go to any other store they'll just tape it and move on. Even the post office will make you tape it yourself but they'll hand you a roll of tape for free you use it and you hand it back. I bet they have a pallet of tape in the back. Anyways it is the stores practice to reply to negative reviews and offer up their concerns and share their email with you. Based on the reply to my last review I did not expect them to attempt to charge me $3 for 6" of tape. And I really didn't expect to be followed outside by the employee working this morning. Please see attached at what actually happens when you email them. They only reply to 1 star review to save face. Go to legit any other ups store. read more

Always an issue when I go here, now. Used to be the most convenient thing. Not anymore. Only one associate ever gives me an issue. If I go when the girls are working there's never a problem. He was talking about how much he hates amazon returns one day when I was in there. Now every single time I go with an Amazon return he gives me a problem and I can't complete my return. Charging almost $4 to print a prepaid label is ROBBERY. Charging for a single piece of packing tape is just terrible customer service. read more

This used to be a great and friendly neighborhood UPS store but it seems the store has new owners and the service has gone downhill. The store's policies have changed and there are lots of new fees and higher shipping costs (well above other UPS stores) all of which the new owners have every right to change - but the way the staff communicates those changes could use some work - not very friendly and borderline rude depending on who you get. I would normally pay more for convenience but not if I am going to be treated poorly. Will take my business elsewhere. read more

Today's five star rating is exclusive to the customer service I received today from Ellen. Her attention to detail while ensuring that I understood the process was outstanding. We had some challenges with the labeling, however, her expertise was able to rectify the problem and successfully prepare the package for delivery. Went to this location yesterday to ship my parcel that was securely taped up in a shoe box. The entire box had packing tape around it, with the label also taped on top. I was told they couldn't ship my (shoe) box, but they could 'sell' me another box to put my box in so they could then ship it.... So basically I have to purchase a box to put my box in for this location to ship it??? Lol.... Interesting business plan & a bit fishy. Thankfully another store was 8 minutes up the road that gladly took the same box without issue. read more

I have never had a bad experience here. Now, granted, I've only ever dropped off pre-paid packages before but I also never have packing tape. Everyone there has always been so helpful and the service was super quick. They always tape up my package for me and I am super appreciative of that. read more

Let's hear it for my local UPS Store heroes! The guys in here are absolutely GREAT! I waltz in, say my hellos, plop a box down on the counter, and literally say... "I want to ship this for lowest price humanly possible with it getting lost and/or taking forever, lay it on me!" Just like clockwork, they make it happen every single time, and I'm in and out in a flash. I've learned all the shipping cost shortcuts (i.e. book shipping rates, cost effective box sizing) from these guys and I'm forever a fan! read more

This is my local UPS store in Jacksonville, Florida. I have been to many UPS stores in Jacksonville, Florida but this particular store shows a tremendous amount of customer service, above and beyond what anyone would typically expect. For example, the owner, John, ran out of his store to our car and carried a 120-pound box from the trunk of our car into his store, before we even asked. The store was recently renovated from top to bottom, I'm sure at great expense, and it looks beautiful. Just lovely people!! read more

Amazing service. We arrived to the store few minutes after they closed but we desperately needed to send via DHL, we knocked the door expecting the guy inside to signal us that they were closed. Instead, he unlocked the door and helped us figure out how to send our important document to another country via DHL. The service he provided was unbelievable.
