As soon as the items arrived at their warehouse in Jacksonville, they sent me an email with my order info and their scheduled delivery date which was within a 4 hour window. In the email, they told me I was welcome to call back and reschedule, which I did since I was going to be out of town on during the original delivery window. I spoke with Charlene in the office and she set up my new delivery window reassuring me that all the packages would be delivered at once. The morning of, they sent me a reminder text of my delivery window with a link to track my items place in the delivery line and a promise that they would notify me before they arrived. I had a delivery window for 8AM-12PM. The delivery drivers called me at 9:30AM to let me know they'd be there in half an hour and at 9:52AM they rolled up ready to get down to business. I had a standard delivery so they needed to only dropped it off at my front door. They carried 4 heavy boxes up three flights of stairs without damaging anything and with practiced ease like the professionals they are! When they saw that I was just one small girl by myself trying to use a dolly to get the packages into my condo, they didn't just leave me there struggling but went above and beyond and helped me place it inside. I recently hired Priority Courier for an emergency delivery from Jacksonville to Orlando--and they were fantastic. While traveling for work, I realized too late that my luggage and computer gear had been left behind at my hotel in Jacksonville. It was an incredibly stressful moment, but after confirming my belongings were safe, I contacted Priority Courier. Despite being nervous because of one negative review I'd seen, my experience was nothing short of excellent. Their dispatch team was professional and communicative every step of the way. The driver, Eddie, was outstanding--he texted when he was en route, confirmed pickup, and updated me again after a successful delivery. On top of that, their price was very fair, especially for a same-day, long-distance delivery. In a world where dependable service is hard to find, Priority Courier truly delivered. I found this location very easy to find on Salisbury between Bowden and Butler. When I walked in there was no line! I was sure there would be a wait as the one on Pritchard always has a wait. Also I noticed the employees were smiling and laughing. They made pleasant conversation, checked my ID and got my package for me. It was such an easy and pleasant experience. They also have shipping supplies. If you don't want to use a FedEx box, they sell plain brown boxes as well as tape and other supplies which actually aren't too expensive. I would definitely recommend this location for shipping and if you need to pick up a package and can choose a location, this one is great.
