You also do not have access to your units 24/7 which makes it very inconvenient. While we were there trying to figure out pricing and rules two people got stuck behind the gate and had trouble exciting and leaving. I had confirmed multiple details with the manager over the phone before I arrived with a rental truck full of items but when I got there in person everything she said over the phone she went back on. I ended up going to an Atlantic Self storage and using their services instead.

Since I stopped in this branch to drop something I decided to ask if they might have any additional information on my lost package. The lady over the counter just jumped on me screaming they don't have any information and I shouldn't ask them this question. No class, no being polite, since I was talking to a different employee even. Even if this branch is just a franchise they still represent a big company having their signage above the main door UPS! This behaviour is unacceptable !!!

She called the document "shady" and it came directly from a federal credit union. She said multiple times, not in a quiet or polite way, that this document was shady. I told her the bank sent to me to have my name notarized. Gave her my local DL and even more info than she needed to know about the situation & she was quite rude and nasty. It was just so unprofessional that it shocked me, especially since they see me all the time in that store. I don't know that I ever, ever want to step foot in that store again. Living in ATL Beach, it is so convenient. But, so not worth the ugly that I had to put up with for her to look at my DL and watch me sign a document, put her notary on it. Other employees had been nothing but great in the past.

UPS Store seems to always be a place for me in time of dire need - and they always come through! This time it was critical to get an important document faxed off. It worked like a charm! There have been times I've picked up vital mail pieces here or needed supplies. Again, they always came through. Oh! There is also notary availability too. But I would contact the store to find out when that is available. This is an excellent UPS Store. Don't be afraid to visit. I would say that prices here run normal to the cost and value of other shops of its kind like Office Depot/Max, Staples, and FedEx.
