Sales rep called me and said that we could meet at my location and look at the items and determine pricing and then arrange for pick up. I also requested meeting them to discuss using their warehousing capabilities for our new products that were were bringing into Jacksonville. The sales rep said that we could certainly talk about that as well and said he was looking forward to helping us out. I hung up the phone feeling relieved that this delivery was going to be taken care of. Rather than getting a phone call or the agreed upon meeting, I got an email from the owner saying that they didn't think they could get a truck there and they were "going to have to pass." Now that is good customer service. So, I called a colleague of mine who knew of a gentleman that moved here from Mexico to set up a truck delivery service and was looking for new customers. I called him and met him 30 minutes later at our location. He said it was an easy job and that he would be happy to do it. So we gave him the business. He was more than happy for it and delivered it same day. I guess the economy isn't that bad after all. Companies are turning down work that may be a little difficult.

She offered to do the move for free to cover damage, I told her it would probably be more than the move. I got a quote and she said the scratch was already there and she will see me in court... REALLY!?!? Also damaged was 1 entertainment center and dresser, she saw the damage but said nothing. Also damaged was 2 big screen tvs, scratches that we saw once settled in and after they left. Becareful, find a mover who stands behind their mistakes and has quality insurance.

Since I stopped in this branch to drop something I decided to ask if they might have any additional information on my lost package. The lady over the counter just jumped on me screaming they don't have any information and I shouldn't ask them this question. No class, no being polite, since I was talking to a different employee even. Even if this branch is just a franchise they still represent a big company having their signage above the main door UPS! This behaviour is unacceptable !!!

She called the document "shady" and it came directly from a federal credit union. She said multiple times, not in a quiet or polite way, that this document was shady. I told her the bank sent to me to have my name notarized. Gave her my local DL and even more info than she needed to know about the situation & she was quite rude and nasty. It was just so unprofessional that it shocked me, especially since they see me all the time in that store. I don't know that I ever, ever want to step foot in that store again. Living in ATL Beach, it is so convenient. But, so not worth the ugly that I had to put up with for her to look at my DL and watch me sign a document, put her notary on it. Other employees had been nothing but great in the past.

Mark answered right away and showed up to pick up the appliances for me with punctuality and helped us out with a true sense of urgency. I even offered to pay up front for the services and he refused until he actually picked up the items and was en route to my home. That honestly sold me as this guy being genuine and legit. I almost rented a U-Haul to get the job done but the price PDS quoted me was way cheaper and saved me from the hassle of renting a moving van. He asked how many miles the trip was, the items I needed moved and gave me a quote on the spot. He was very communicative during the entire process keeping me updated on ETA and status and was an absolute pleasure to be serviced by. He showed up at the pick up location, transported them to my home, and helped move them into position for installation.
