Sales rep called me and said that we could meet at my location and look at the items and determine pricing and then arrange for pick up. I also requested meeting them to discuss using their warehousing capabilities for our new products that were were bringing into Jacksonville. The sales rep said that we could certainly talk about that as well and said he was looking forward to helping us out. I hung up the phone feeling relieved that this delivery was going to be taken care of. Rather than getting a phone call or the agreed upon meeting, I got an email from the owner saying that they didn't think they could get a truck there and they were "going to have to pass." Now that is good customer service. So, I called a colleague of mine who knew of a gentleman that moved here from Mexico to set up a truck delivery service and was looking for new customers. I called him and met him 30 minutes later at our location. He said it was an easy job and that he would be happy to do it. So we gave him the business. He was more than happy for it and delivered it same day. I guess the economy isn't that bad after all. Companies are turning down work that may be a little difficult.

She offered to do the move for free to cover damage, I told her it would probably be more than the move. I got a quote and she said the scratch was already there and she will see me in court... REALLY!?!? Also damaged was 1 entertainment center and dresser, she saw the damage but said nothing. Also damaged was 2 big screen tvs, scratches that we saw once settled in and after they left. Becareful, find a mover who stands behind their mistakes and has quality insurance.

This is by far the worst place I have ever had to pick up from! The one star rating is because they don't allow you to go negative stars on Yelp.
