Today I found out that for the second time my mail was picked up, but not delivered to the business that I was mailing my bills to. This time was my utility bill and credit card bills. Three bills all lost. How do you lose mail from a locked mailbox at a residence ? I have also had trouble getting keys for the secured mail box as well. Horrible post office. Guess its time to pay all my bills on-line again and just phase them out completely. I think it is time for them to go out of business or have the private sector take them over and start being competitive. What a joke they have become. read more

I have had issues with them, I contact Frankie on yesterday because my package was to be sent to me by the 15th, he had no idea but just to tell me it went out, I waited no package called back, I told him a notice was left, I told him no I was home all day. So where is my package this has happen in the past and Robin there manager their is rude unprofessional and this is not the first time I had to deal with her. Horrible service at this location. Four of my packages from different senders were marked as undeliverable. It has been two months and sender has not received the package. I called several times, every time call gets disconnected. I called 8:00am it is busy. I went in person, boy the person was literally shouting at me telling me that your package may have a wrong address or address not readable or it was smeared and she called next person in line. I felt so insulting. USPS person will not willing to check my address or anything. Where do we go complain? I did make a complaint but person called me telling it was undeliverable address? I do get my DHL and UPS packages and all my other regular mails at same address why not my small packages??? This post office is useless and carrier is not doing his/her work properly. Service of this post office is poor. Many times I have to deliver my neighbor's mails put in my mailbox. Mail delivery are often late. Recently, a package was said to have delivered by tracking, but the package did not delivered at all. read more

I'm new to mailing and I have found the lady with the purple hair to be very helpful. She gives me great advice on mailing my packages she is always so courteous and kind to me. She is the only lady I've seen work there so why describe her as a black lady instead of just the lady. Hidden racism perhaps. As far as the if it fits it ships I believe if you have to put tape on it then perhaps it doesn't fit. Think about it. The issue with the government supplying clear tape well if you went into a grocery store and just needed two slices of bread for a sandwich would you expect the store to give them to you because you only need two slices? I think not. Maybe they could supply us with clear tape and then charge us three times the rate of shipping like others do. Come on people there are far more important things in life than what we can get free. We should be more focused on what's really important like finding a cure for diseases like cancer and diabetes etc. How about a better educational system or to help stop domestic violence and child abuse. Now those or real issues of today. I had to buy tape there before its only $3.49 not $5.00. Small price to pay to make sure that the items I'm taking time to send arrive safely and intact. I am giving this post office 0 stars because of 1 lady there. I went there today to have a package shipped, but needed help as to which form to fill out. There was NO LINE. It was only myself and 1 other person. The lady that worked there actually motioned for the man behind me to come up to the front, even though I was waiting in line BEFORE him. She gave me a sideways look. She was completely pleasant with him. When I finally get up to her counter, she was ABSOLUTELY RUDE! I just needed to ask which form I needed to fill out since it was dealing with customs, and the FIRST thing out of her mouth was, "You're not ready." She said this with such attitude, like I had ruined her day or something. I politely said, "Well I just needed to ask you which form I need to fill out since there's 2 different choices." Again, she said, "Well you're not ready. You have to go back there and fill everything out." I replied, "Yes, I know that. But if you could just tell me WHICH form to fill out, I can go "back there and fill it out." Before I could finish my sentence, she cut me off and cocked her head to the side and said, "Wait. You need to do all this before you even come up to the counter." I looked behind me and thought..."Why, because of ALL OF THE NONEXISTENT LINE THAT'S NOT BEHIND ME?????" I definitely will be contacting her supervisor, because I'm pretty sure, some of these customer service complaints on here is about her. She needs some serious customer service training or she shouldn't be at the counter in the front. RIDICULOUS. First and LAST TIME I'll ever go there. read more

I wouldn't even give this place the one star I'm giving it! They have horrible customer service!! They have lost a package of mine because they don't train their employees properly! I've been back and forth with them for the past couple days! Their employees are here delivering mail that isn't even for my apartment complex!!! I wonder how many of my bills have gone somewhere else.. NO wonder I have a late fee on a credit card bill. I never received the bill good thing the credit card company has some wonderful customer service and waived it! Like how stupid can you be?!?!??? I live in an apartment and it's gotten really tiresome that the Post Office no longer delivers to the apartments if the apartment office is closed. I've lived at this address for 12 years and the PO started this lazy nonsense about a year and a half ago. What's sad is they mark the parcels as "Delivered" then cart them around on their truck until they catch the apartment office when it's open. I had one parcel go back and forth for three days! Ridiculous! And the driver isn't consistent with the delivery times anymore--sometimes coming at 11am and sometimes as late as 5pm. And they won't leave the parcels at the PO after the first "failed" delivery attempt so I can go and pick it up. For some reason they think it's better to just keep going back and forth with the parcels indefinitely. Well, no more for me. I'm only using UPS for parcel delivery in the future. And when I'm done this review I'm changing over all my accounts to paperless statements and online bill pay. I hate the US Post Office. read more

I just moved here and did not set up my cluster mailbox properly. I had a package from Amazon that could not be delivered due to this error. I called the PO when Amazon text message informed me of the issue. The person who answered the phone took a little bit to figure out the issue and then came back on the line with the exact root cause of the problem and told me there were four packages there for me. He told me what to do to fix the problem and that I could come down and get my packages. He was polite and knowledgable. I drove down, met with a different person at the pick up window. He found my packages. My driver's license was from out of state and did not match the address. I showed him a copy of my lease on my phone and he handed me my packages. Quick and clean. No attitude, no mess. This could have gone poorly in a number of ways but it didn't. He could have demanded I get a TX license with the correct address, he could have demanded a hard copy of the lease. But he didn't. Excellent customer support. This was painless and perfect. It could not have gone better. read more
