No value to this company they are not a valid mover. The driver has no CDL and they have no trucks.

Unfortunately there isn't a zero star option so a 1 will have to do. This feckless moving company has wrought nothing but stress and anxiety for my family. The move was from NY to SC and we were told 7 days max but will likely be complete in 4 or so. We were also told the individual would stay in touch. Here we are on day 9, there has been zero contact, they will not take our calls, and basically all our belongings are in the moving truck. Doing this while 2 people are transitioning jobs and lives ALL with a less than a year old baby is a grotesque abhorrent failure to deliver the services that were paid for. Do not use this company if you value your belongings and timeliness of delivery; or at the very least communication. read more

Not only did they they charge me $1300 more than the original estimate but the sales manager Edwin Garcia guaranteed me delivery within 7 days and said the estimated delivery was 2-3 days from pickup but they have completely missed that deadline. Edwin, has since completely ghosted me and refuses to answer calls or text messages. Their outsourced customer service says they arent responsible for promises made by the sales team and will not tell me where my things are nor provide me with an estimated delivery time. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. My experience with Uship Van Lines Inc. / Rado Express Logistics Inc. was the worst moving experience I have ever had. My household goods were picked up in California on May 24, 2026, for an interstate move to Florida. What followed was an ordeal involving prolonged delays, severe communication problems, disputed charges, damaged property, and more than 150 documented attempts to obtain information about my shipment. For weeks, I struggled to get reliable answers about where my household goods were and when they would be delivered. Calls frequently went unanswered or were not returned. Emails and text messages often failed to produce clear information. I ultimately filed formal complaints, including FMCSA Complaint No. 00284887. Then came the "shuttle fee." Shortly before delivery, I received a demand for an additional $2,500 shuttle fee and was told delivery could not be completed without it. After I challenged the charge, the company apologized for the "confusion" and reduced the fee from $2,500 to $1,500. I paid the $1,500 under protest because I wanted my household goods delivered. I strongly dispute that the shuttle charge was necessary. To my knowledge, no one conducted a prior physical site assessment of my Florida residence, and no one meaningfully contacted me in advance to investigate access conditions before deciding that a shuttle was supposedly required. After delivery, I requested documentation supporting the charge. The company then stated to me in writing that the shipment was based on an "estimated 1507 cubic feet" and that the $1,500 shuttle fee was calculated using that same figure. The company also claimed the volume had been confirmed on-site by the foreman, yet stated that it could not provide an itemized calculation at this stage. Think about that: a precise 1,507-cubic-foot figure is used to support an additional $1,500 charge, the company says the volume was confirmed on site, but then says it cannot provide an itemized calculation. I find that deeply troubling. At delivery, I refused to sign an acknowledgment stating that the shipment was received in apparently good condition and that all services had been fully performed and satisfied. I had not completed my inspection of the shipment, and I disputed the shuttle charge. I was not going to sign statements I did not believe I could truthfully make. I then discovered that a mattress had been torn at one corner and stained with dirt. I notified the company of the damage in writing. The company subsequently told me that its third-party claims provider requires signed paperwork, including the delivery acknowledgment, from both parties to process a claim. I found this extremely concerning because I had specifically refused to sign an acknowledgment containing statements that I disputed or could not verify. The company also wrote to me that "any dispute regarding these charges will not be successful," while claiming it retains full documentation supporting its position. I found that statement remarkable, particularly because the company also stated that it could not provide the itemized calculation I requested. I have extensive documentation supporting my experience, including emails, text messages, payment records, photographs, moving documents, tracking information, and regulatory complaint records. I am preserving this evidence and intend to pursue legal action against the responsible parties. This review reflects my personal experience and opinions based on records in my possession. read more
