    My daughter and I walked into this huge store on a Saturday afternoon with one customer inside and…read moreone employee that was helping him. The employee, Nate, announced he would be with us shortly. No worries. We take a seat and wait it out. Within several minutes it was pretty clear that the customer was there for something Nate could not assist him with due to Apple restrictions. Nate then said to the guy that basically they are done, there is nothing he could do and he needed to move on to us waiting folks.The guy was not happy about that but left. Once we sat down with Nate, he said he had been trying to help the guy for the past hour but there was nothing he could do and he wouldn't leave. Poor Nate! I'm glad we were able to save him. Anyway, we had questions about hot spots, and he really helped explain them well to us. They didn't have any in stock but offered to order one for us. Asked him about non Verizon services which he also was able to provide information on. We left empty handed but much more wise thanks to his knowledge and kindness. If I need in person help with my Verizon account, I know I'll be able to come here and receive great customer support.

I'm older and all these electronics are beyond me. Caleb answered all my questions and sold me a phone(should mention I didn't go in for a new phone) and I felt good when I left.     Century Link is the worst company that I've done business with and if I could give them lower than…read more1 star I would. They've overcharged me over $500. They originally refused any refund even though it was wholly their mistake. After calling and contacting through chat over and over I was given several different stories and the refund was denied. I persisted in calling and contacting them and then turned them into Better Business Bureau and The National Trade Commission. Yesterday in signing into my account I found that half of the money was refunded. No explanation, just a credit to my bill. CL has NEVER offered any written communication with me over this issue, they refuse to give written communication for what the refund was for, how much it was, etc. It's left up to me to call in and go through agent after agent before getting someone who can access the information about the refund and explain it to me. At this point, and even after several calls to have a modem that I don't have and some insurance type plan that I never asked for removed from my bill the OVER CHARGES are still on my bill! Because the overcharges are still on my bill I removed CL from auto pay and didn't pay my bill right away as I considered any recourse that I may have had. In the weeks time I allowed my bill to lapse the refund for half the over charges were credited to my account and that money was used to pay the lapsed bill. Let me make this clear, they refunded me half the money from overcharges and then turned around and took part of that refund to pay for a bill still containing the overcharges!!!! It took well over an hour of chat and phone calls to get that money supposedly credited to my account. I say supposedly because again they will not provide me with confirmation emails, adjusted bills, nothing to confirm that this money has truly gone back to my account. They refuse to send a check for the portion they did refund saying it can only be credited to my account. I'm currently stuck with this horrible company due to my rural location and the money on my account, but have contacted lawyer in class action suit. Beware of Century Link!!!!!

    Just last month I was talking to a friend about my high cable bill and never ending increases. He…read morereferred me to Scott at Sky Systems to help me out and said they Dish. I was a bit nervous going to a satellite tv service because several years ago we were with DirecTv and thought we would never change until our 5th year with them when the renter neighbor next door installed a DirecTv dish that completely blocked our signal and the technician there refused to move the dish they just installed, they wanted to move ours. That day, they lost of customer for good. We went back to cable which we hated but not going back to a company that turn their backs on us after 5 years (the renter was evicted), and new homeowner went with cable so DirecTv lost 2 customers within 5 months of time. I kept getting offers from DirecTv over the years but they gave us a bad taste of their customer service we wouldn't want to risk them again. I called and spoke to Scott at Sky Systems and even though it was almost closing time for him he spent over the time getting my husband and I signed up and set up for an install 2 days later. His installer Brad was very good and helpful to my husband and answered and helped with any questions and concerned he had and with the new remote. So glad we were recommended to Sky Systems. We love our Dish Network Systems. Excellent Customer Service from Scott (owner) to Brad (installer). I am from Lacey, WA not sure why my profile is showing San Francisco, CA.
