My daughter and I walked into this huge store on a Saturday afternoon with one customer inside and one employee that was helping him. The employee, Nate, announced he would be with us shortly. No worries. We take a seat and wait it out. Within several minutes it was pretty clear that the customer was there for something Nate could not assist him with due to Apple restrictions. Nate then said to the guy that basically they are done, there is nothing he could do and he needed to move on to us waiting folks. The guy was not happy about that but left. Once we sat down with Nate, he said he had been trying to help the guy for the past hour but there was nothing he could do and he wouldn't leave. Poor Nate! I'm glad we were able to save him. Anyway, we had questions about hot spots, and he really helped explain them well to us. They didn't have any in stock but offered to order one for us. Asked him about non Verizon services which he also was able to provide information on. We left empty handed but much more wise thanks to his knowledge and kindness. If I need in person help with my Verizon account, I know I'll be able to come here and receive great customer support. read more

I am a month out from my visit to this Verizon store. The guy that waited on me was Caleb. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, but his patience was what I really appreciated. I'm older and all these electronics are beyond me. Caleb answered all my questions and sold me a phone(should mention I didn't go in for a new phone) and I felt good when I left. Thanks Caleb and Verizon. read more

I was extremely happy and pleasantly surprised. Janie helped us transfer over 3 phones from our old service. She knew every single answer to all of our questions, she was extremely patient, and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated that she took such time and patience to get my husband's older phone transferred over to the new one, then connected to service. When I got home I was able to hand him his phone, and I didn't have to adjust or do anything, he didn't have to do anything different to access it. I was stressed because I was worried about what could go wrong, but Janie literally made it completely painless. read more

Everything was just fine today at the Verizon store in Centralia until the polite young man I was dealing with needed assistance from who I believe was the manager. This other guy came into the room shooting me eye daggers immediately and had an angry look about him. He assisted the employee but several times stopped long enough to shoot me more eye daggers. We hadn't even spoken nor was there any conversation except between him and the employee. Upon conclusion of a resolution on the computer billing he explained in a hostile tone what had taken place and would take place regarding the billing. I told him I had Verizon calling me tomorrow for an update on my visit as this was my 2nd visit to the store and I had had two calls with Verizon. "What guy from Verizon?" he said in hostile tone and aggressive mannerism. I told him I wanted to make sure Verizon would be able access what had taken place here today as since MAY of this year there was no record of the promotion on the billing. He advised they would as it was corrected now. I remarked to the young man who I was dealing with as I was leaving that the manager sure had a sarcastic attitude. He correctly made no reply but gave me the "yes look." I have been a customer from forever back when it was GTE and cell phones first came out and I was paying 9$ a month. This is the first VERIZON representative I have dealt with that had no display of customer service or friendliness. read more

I just got rudely told to leave a Verizon store after I told them I wasn't planning on purchasing a phone today (they had none available if I did) I just wanted to look at their display unit. Bet those guys sell a lot of phones. read more

Terrible customer service. Purchased a HUM device. It never worked I attempted to work with customer support for two weeks. I brought the unit back to get a refund and they charged me a restocking fee for a unit that was defective. Total rip off. read more

Worst customer service and ripped us off with our phones by over charging on the wrong phone. When asked to fix it they laughed at me. Worst place!!! read more

Verizon (TCC) Centralia - Willis was a total jerk to my wife on the phone just now, 7/22/18. Buyer Beware that you may receive poor service and rude behavior while attempting to receive goods and/or services from the Verizon store in Centralia. Do Not Risk receiving a bad experience by shopping at or calling the Verizon Authorized Retailer, TCC located in Centralia. read more

If you live in the area, and have as little selection of cellular providers as I do, please hear me out when I say don't go with Verizon. If you go in there, or into one of the Verizon dealers up north even, they will show you that you will get FULL 5 bars of 4G LTE signal all over BOTH Centralia and Chehalis. I for one (an owner of a Note 2 from them for two years, and a Note 3 for about 8 months now) can say that I have never, in my entire subscription with Verizon, never in Centralia or Chehalis seen 5 bars. If you're on I-5 you'll get 3-4 bars, if you're in town in Centralia (1/2 a mile away from the store itself) you'll get 2-3 bars. Then you'll lose more and more signal. I work in the center of Chehalis, and live in Chehalis. At my house, I can SEE the highway, but I have 1 bar of 1x. That is literally the lowest quality of signal Verizon offers before I have no signal at all. At work I have 2-3bars of 1x, so not much of an upgrade. I'll be lucky to get a bar or two of 3G. Needless to say, after writing this post, I'll be going to Verizon to close my account. My $139.99 / month plan, for unlimited texting and 2GB a month of data. I will sadly have to go back to U.S. Cellular, I say sadly because U.S. Cellular isn't any better. Unless you like paying $80 a month for a Motorola Razor from 2005, but hey, at least I'll have signal. At first I thought, maybe it's my phone, maybe there's just a wrong setting on it, until I moved in with 3 other friends of mine who also ALL have Verizon, and different phones, and none of them have signal at home. In fact, what I'm going to do first is go in there and ask them to pull up their 'Coverage Map' and show me that I should have full signal in my area of work, and home. Then maybe I'll try to get some money back. Who knows, maybe I'll take all the money I save from not being with them and just file a lawsuit against their blatant false advertising. read more

We recently purchased a Samsung phone from this business that turned out to have a bad microphone. I took it back in and they said they were unable to help because it was a pre-paid Samsung phone and not a Verizon phone, though Verizon was clearly printed on the box and the phone. I asked if I was just out of luck buying a bad phone from them and they said yes, but maybe Samsung could help me. Verizon corporate was very nice, honored the store policy but did help me get in touch with Samsung to get this resolved. I still like Verizon, just not this particular store. They will not get my business in the future. read more

My grandma was having issues getting her safari app to connect to the internet while she was not connected to WiFi and using data. She came to this location as it's the closest to her and she bought her phone here originally. She asked who she thinks was the manager, as other employees kept interrupting with questions, how to get her phone to connect to safari when it was using data instead of WiFi. The employee restarted the phone twice, told her she didn't purchase a warranty with her phone so it wasn't on Verizon and it wasn't in his job description to help her. It was a pretty easy at home fix in her settings on the phone, and it's a shame employees at this location seem to be neither competent nor compassionate. read more

This store is filled with a bunch of sales people who over promise and under deliver. My husband and I purchased two phones in July and were told that the screen protectors that we purchased were guaranteed. Meaning if they cracked or somehow malfunctioned that all we would have to do is "stop on in to the store" and they will take care of it. Yesterday, I stopped into the store to get my screen protector replaced. The first representative that I spoke to said "he wasn't sure that it would be covered". The manager, without even looking at our account, said that there was no way that it could be replaced. My friendly response was "we were told when we purchased these phones and the screen protectors, that they were guaranteed. Can you please look into our account and see why we were under that impression?". The representative reluctantly looked into my account and told the manager the type of screen protector that we had purchased. Sure enough, there is a warranty that comes with those. But it can't be done in the store. I have to go to the other company's website and make a claim. It is so frustrating to purchase a product with one belief in mind but then when it is time to act on that belief, to be told that you must have been confused. This company does not believe in customer service. As I was driving back home and thinking about the level of service I received yesterday, I realized it was because they are SALES representatives and as soon as they realized that I was not there to purchase anything, they had no desire to assist me. I will not be stepping foot in this store again. And they lady who sold me the protection plan in July witnessed the "situation" yesterday and did absolutely nothing to help me out. I left feeling bullied. Please do not support this business. read more

The employees at this store need an extensive Customer Service course. We bought our phones 2 weeks ago and have had issues ever since. Each time we ask them to help us they say only the Manager can help us. When we talk to the Manager, she says she will have to ask her Supervisor. In other words we continuously get the run around and no help. Very unhappy with this store and their employees. Verizon should hire Adults not Children at their stores. read more

Very poor service. Went in to ask a question. Waited 45 minutes. When I was finally helped, the woman working was very rude. When I asked my question she said I can't help you. She didn't ask for details or my number, name, anything. Just said sorry I can't help you. I went to Chehalis and they helped me right away and answered my question without a problem. Don't go to this location. read more
