Headed up to pick them up and upon arriving we were told they didn't know what we were talking about, they didn't have any assemblies or any headlight parts ordered for the day. My son headed back home and I called and spoke to the asst mgr to ask him to check on it. 2 minutes later he said they have them and we can come back in to pick them up. Absolute left hand not knowing what right hand is doing which wastes everyone's time. We previously had pretty good service there and I would have left the review at 4 stars. Except, during my call I mentioned all of this and the asst mgr didn't even pretend to care about the feedback. He said "well, he's got them now so..." Yes, we have them and won't be coming back for anything else. They would have let us leave just after calling us to come in to get parts we ordered and paid for only to send us home because they can't communicate internally.

I promptly switched back to Cedar Village and will not go anywhere else. The staff is friendly, kind and extremely helpful. Always willing to reach out to doctors for refills and any other needs they might be able to help with. Don really cares about his customers and our health and it shows. He makes sure to discuss any medication you have questions about. Willa is so friendly in person and over the phone. My son moved to Centralia and still drives back to Winlock for his prescriptions as well. I highly recommend Cedar Village pharmacy to anyone in the community or surrounding areas!!

Shopping in Centralia, Washington…read more.. We were walking past this store at the Centralia Outlets when the name of the shop caught my attention... Just Cozy Wondering what kind of merchandise they carried, we strolled inside. We were greeted immediately by the staff who asked if we had been to this store before... No... She said that everything was $10... Wow! We looked at the soft blankets, colorful leggings, stylish ponchos, warm beanies, scarves, shawls, and gloves... This is a great place for accessories and gifts! The items are neatly displayed!

The next day I went back to exchange a color. Same sales person told me they couldn't exchange without a receipt. I explained she didn't give me one and I did not get a receipt message. Although she remembered me and the situation. She refused me 3 times. After persisting she went on line and found my purchase. As this was going on she began dealing with another customer. She refused an exchange from her also. This customer didn't have a receipt because her exchange was a gift. If these are company rules they are ridiculous. $10 for leggings, Tags on them and they don't exchange??? Salesperson is not a good representative. She is sloppy in her appearance. Unkept hair, same clothes from the day before. Never shop there again or recommend.

Called back for my appointment on time and the initial eye tests were done by an assistant to get my file updated and ready for the doctor. She is very professional and personable. She answered my questions and I never felt rushed. In the end she was honest and told me that my eyes have not changed enough since my last check up to require a new prescription or new frames...unless I wanted them. I enjoyed my years with Dr. Burrows, but I am looking forward to my future appointments with Dr. Ali.

Did I have a mild heart attack from the automatic cowboy thing in the corner that started talking to us as soon as we opened up the door.... Yeappp. Hopefully know one saw me "clutch my pearls" We were greeted immediately, the staff was awesome. I believe it was Carmen? Who helped me with hats today. I felt so bad, I've never tried on cowboy hats at all, I had no idea what size I was, apparently I have a very small head. #themoreyouknow Anyway she was awesome! Helped stuff the hat with foam to help fit better. I fell in love with this damn hat. And a dozen other things in the store! We also were helped by another gal in the boot area and she was so sweet too. It's absolutely huge inside this store. There are tons of literally everything. 10/10 Will be back and probably for that!
