I love the many choices and brands Sally has to offer as well as on-line shopping if they do not have an item in stock. Great sales can be found year-round! I accidentally got to pharmacy thinking they opened at 9am, which they actually opened at 930am. So I just sat there waiting at drive thru window as I've done many, many times at Walgreens. SHERRY comes stomping over to me and aggressively yelled "You know, we don't open till 9, so can you come back in 30min?" Since she had such a rotten attitude, I told her I would just wait patiently right where I was. She didn't like that so she threatened to call the cops on me!! I said "You want to waste resources on this when I'm harmlessly waiting for you to open?" She said they don't like when customers wait at the window. At that point, if she was literally going to argue with me on where to park, I said it should be posted on their window that your staff doesn't like it. I just could not believe they would have SHERRY treating their customers that way!! Their entire staff has treated me with empathy and professionalism, in continuing that behavior, they should take out the trash! UPDATE: The owner called me and we discussed the incident. She apologized for the unprofessional behavior of SHERRY and told me that was out of character. I am taking her word for it and will keep all my RX's at their pharmacy ONLY because we had a good conversation. My advice would be to post a sign stating they appreciate keeping drive thru clear, and to never threaten calling the cops on a customer for a non-threatening situation.

My computer stopped working so I took it to Noe/PC Savvy. Within a couple of hours he diagnosed…read morethat the hard drive had failed. I told Noe to go ahead and replace the hard drive. He had the hard drive replaced the next day. A few weeks later my backup drive started giving me problems so I took it to Noe. Noe determined that the case that held an old hard drive that I used for backup failed. I replaced the case and now everything is working again. Noe is fast, very thorough and his prices are reasonable. I would recommend him for all of your computer repair needs.

Revised from a previous 4 Star review. We ordered headlight assemblies and were called to let us…read moreknow they were in. Headed up to pick them up and upon arriving we were told they didn't know what we were talking about, they didn't have any assemblies or any headlight parts ordered for the day. My son headed back home and I called and spoke to the asst mgr to ask him to check on it. 2 minutes later he said they have them and we can come back in to pick them up. Absolute left hand not knowing what right hand is doing which wastes everyone's time. We previously had pretty good service there and I would have left the review at 4 stars. Except, during my call I mentioned all of this and the asst mgr didn't even pretend to care about the feedback. He said "well, he's got them now so..." Yes, we have them and won't be coming back for anything else. They would have let us leave just after calling us to come in to get parts we ordered and paid for only to send us home because they can't communicate internally.
