We were charged $795 up front for a move-out cleaning, and the initial job was very poorly done--nowhere near what you'd expect for that price. Not even a good sweep job in the kitchen. We tried to contact Sheri, the owner, to address the issue. She responded to one text, which is how the same cleaner ended up coming back the next day to fix things. But after that, she completely ghosted us when we needed to follow up. We even saw the cleaner call her while standing right in front of us--and Sheri picked up--so it's clear she was intentionally avoiding us. Instead of handling complaints professionally, she leaves it all to her cleaning staff, who weren't even supplied with the proper equipment. Having to wait an extra day for the re-cleaning threw off our tight schedule and cost us valuable time we needed for painting. After this frustrating experience, I looked up more reviews and saw that other customers had similar complaints about Sheri ignoring them and delivering poor service. Then yesterday after cleaning our home in about an hour they called Child Protective Services falsely claiming that our home is so riddled with animal filth that it reeked so badly you could smell it from outside the home that CPS needed to come today on an emergency basis to determine if they needed to take my 2 girls away. The investigator basically called it a BS claim saying with a tone of disbelief "I see no support of what is being claimed and no reason for me to remove the children from your home today". Very professional man, but I work in mental health, and know the subtext of our professional speak. So now I have this investigation permanently on my background record. I work with severely vulnerable populations and do probono care for the homeless through a charity. Now when they, insurance companies, my licensing board, and my malpractice do their deep background check on me they will see a claim of catastrophic neglect of my children on my record. This can severely impact me financially and impair my financial future. I also am on the board of directors for two professional associations in my profession. This could impact that. I am politically active and will impact my political aspirations. This has damaged my future in so many ways and it was COMPLETELY false! I am so livid with this company. My neighbor who feeds my cats and has been in my home on multiple occasions is a lawyer and is getting me the information for a friend of his who works in this area of personal & professional injury so you will be hearing from him. As you can see, my home has no FILTH and my children are in NO HARM or NEGLECT!!!!

The gals got right to work immediately after informing them of what was most important for me to have address. They were very quiet and kept to themselves for the most part. Overall so so pleased with the service, I have used this company previously at my previous house which was much smaller and they did a wonderful job there as well. Immediately upon arrival they let us know they liked our dogs and that gave them a lovely glow! I'm kidding of course but it demonstrated their ability to handle interruption! They looked around, gave us a bid and got to work. Much to our surprise they took down 2 large stained glass window frames hanging over the windows so they could clean the windows correctly. No one had ever bothered with that before. After an efficient time they said they were done and then with one outside and one in they went over ever single window to be sure each side was done to the satisfaction.
