This is my second time hiring a professional cleaning service - and WOW WOW WOW! I'm so impressed…read moreof their professionalism, dedication, customer service and the quality of their work. Most of cleaning services charge by hours. Wellspring charge by square feet, and they won't leave your house until every square foot that you pay for is cleaned (their words, not mine :D) I love how I was able to customize what needed to be cleaned, since my whole house is pretty well maintained most of the time, yet deep-cleaning is so time-consuming and that's why I need professional help, especially for areas where I can't deep clean myself (grout, bathroom tiles...) After a phone consultation with the office manager Linh, I've got an in-home estimate with the lead technician Athena. We walked through the house and I told them what rooms needed to be cleaned, the areas that bother me the most, which are tiles/ grouts. They are good to assure me that they will be cleaned, and wow they delivered the promises. My house was so clean that I forgot to write a review right away, until the mess started to build up again and made me thinking of them :) The day of cleaning, they showed up in uniforms, with equipment- cleaners organized/ labeled so neatly that I only see from Pinterest. The crew began working, and at the end, Athena did a final sign off around the house with me to make sure I was satisfied and all items are checked. After I pointed out a few areas that got neglected, they went back to work until all issues are addressed. They didn't leave my house until 7pm that day, till my house was all clean. I'm truly impressed with their dedication and professionalism. Will be a returned customer for sure :)

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received yesterday. I paid for a standard clean and…read morepaid extra to have my fridge cleaned. The only thing that was cleaned was my fridge. None of my windows were even touched, my stove was not cleaned, under the beds and couch was not vacuumed or mopped, my shower was not cleaned, the outside of the toilet was left as is, there are still spots on my floor after they mopped, cobwebs on the walls after they dusted. The list goes on. If I knew this is what I would be paying for, I'd just have done the work myself like I typically do. I bought this as a gift for myself to give myself a break from all the cleaning and ended up having to do it all anyway!! I called to let the manager know and she said she will fix it. I will update my review if this happens.

Three hours before the appointment I got a text to confirm the appointment, which was great since there are so many things and events to keep track of. Hong texts me to heads up that he is on his way. Hong arrived on time and did a walk through of the carpeted area. He explained the process and how long it would take for him to clean the carpet. He also made sure children was not anywhere near his equipment as it is really hot. Hong and his tech did a fantastic job of getting all of the stains out. Later in the day, Hong followed up with a text to check up if the carpets were dry or not. This follow through from pre-appointment to day of appointment and post cleaning check up is something that is truly a rare thing and this wins clients and makes them keep using their service. Thank you so much Carpet Care HP!!

Stay on top of them, the crew we had not only tried to leave with a huge mess all around my house, but they littered up and down my road with their advertising signs, including two at my house without asking. All I got was apologies from a sales rep. Will not be doing business with them again, and will warn off all of my friends and clients. I recommend finding a company that does better business. Even with coupons/sale I paid over $1200 for a roof that isn't clean and gutters that will be filled up by the moss they hopefully killed. Looks like I'll have to spend even more to have it done correctly later.

We will definitely be going with them in the future.

They assured me that they can clean as long as the crew is able to get in to the unit and will update me for any issues or questions they might have. Given this convenience and reasonable price, I went ahead and booked them. Hernan did reach out to me and told me that my bathroom needed some work. I agreed and approved the extra time needed to do my filthy bathroom. Got another update asking what to do with the items i left in the apartment and to see if they should put in trash or leave. I thought this was great communication on their part. I asked for photos of the place after since i am not able to come back. The place looked great and what a sense of relief having to get this done with just a phone call and text messages. I didn't have to take a day off at work and they put my mind at ease after they sent the after pictures. This house cleaning service definitely delivered and highly recommend!

I am pretty torn writing this, because I was a regular customer of Tierra Eco Cleaning for nearly 4…read moreyears. Throughout the 4 years, they did a good job, when they came. They are pretty unreliable and even after repeated requests to give me a 2-3 day heads up before they came through the years, they would continue to send me confirmations the evening before an 8am call time. I let it go and continued to use them after so many years because I genuinely liked Rosa and her team, and thought they did a good job 90% of the time. It became super inconvenient since I started to work from home over COVID-19. Rosa became SUPER unresponsive to texts. Before she would at least answer me a couple days after I texted her to schedule, now, after COVID-19, she only responds a month later for an appointment for the next morning. I don't understand how anyone can schedule with her consistently because of these communication issues. I tried addressing it with her multiple times and even said if you just schedule me every month on the same day, that would even work better so I can know when they are coming ahead of time. She responded right away after this last message and said she would look at her schedule the next day and work on the communication issue. She hasn't followed up with her schedule and it has been several months now. So needless to say, she lost a monthly customer. I also referred a few friends to her and embarrassingly, she no showed on them! Not worth the time, stress, or hassle in trying to get her to come.

Also Rosa just has a great, comfortable 'vibe', her daughters are adorable and all 3 did an IMPECCABLE job. In fact, they even vacuumed completely under the bed. I did not expect that as its a large bed and no other cleaner has done that (nor did I ask). Rosa says that she enjoys cleaning- I believe this to be true. She obviously takes great pride in her work and is most pleasant to be around. They also did that fancy thing with folding the toilet paper like they do in upscale hotels (it was a nice touch!), not to mention she showed up exactly on time. I'm not a real stickler for that but definitely took notice. Rosa and her girls get my highest possible recommendation. And honestly I'm relieved because I tried 4 other cleaners from this site, 3 of which left much to be desired (i had to finish the cleaning) and the 4th did a very good job but then blew off our second appointment. You would be very hard pressed to find a better housecleaning team than Tierra Eco Cleaning Service, and her price for the level of quality provided simply cannot be beat. Need I say more?
