They said they would send cleaners again to rectify and messed up the whole scheduling the second time by sending cleaner at a time totally different from the message. The cleaner said she would return at the scheduled time and did not, which I only realized after I called the company. No communication from them. Terrible cleaning and worst of all terrible management managed by amateurs. They will take your money and not provide the promised service. Worst off they do not acknowledge their mistakes. Terrible experience and I highly recommend people not to give them any business if you are looking for quality or even decent service. Not professional, and don't bother to rectify their mistakes.

We really tried to give this cleaning service a fair chance, but the quality was never there. Our…read morehome is only about 700 to 800 square feet, and even after increasing the cleaning time from 2 hours to 3 hours, the house still wasn't clean. There were always cobwebs and dust left around the house, the kitchen rug was never vacuumed even though we asked every time, and simple notes were misunderstood. We asked for the stove to be cleaned and she cleaned the oven instead, which felt like wasted time. This was with biweekly cleanings, so it wasn't like she was walking into a home that had been neglected. At the very first cleaning, we pointed out that there was spaghetti sauce on the wall in the bathroom and expected it to be cleaned. When it was missed and we asked about it, she said she thought we were joking. There was no reason for us to joke about that, and it showed us that instructions were not being taken seriously from the start. We were told when we signed up that if we ever needed a quick, last-minute cleaning, all we had to do was ask. When we actually requested a same-day 2 hour cleaning, we were made to feel like 2 hours wasn't worth their time or travel, which went against what we were originally told. The house also didn't smell clean after cleanings because the cleaner herself had a strong body odor that lingered in the house. Our last appointment was a no call, no show, and later we were told they were out of town at a dog show. That was the final straw. We can clean our home ourselves in about an hour and do a much better job. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this service. Edit: you did offer a free cleaning. But why would I expect you to do a better job cleaning for free vs when I was paying for it? Your time to shine and retain me as a customer was when I was paying for your services, not after I fired you. You've already shown me the quality of service that you have to offer. There's no reason to waste anyone's time with a "free cleaning". I've been getting the "free cleaning" quality the entire time. And not once were we ever given a reminder text about our appointment. I had to reach out every time to confirm our appointment. While communicating with Betty it was always very short answers. Sometimes just no response at all. The lack of communication and quality of service makes is nit good for business

Pros and Cons Cons: They showed up late to the project by 45 minutes and took a 30-minute break on a 4.5-hour project and charged me for it. Pros: There was a mistake with the original inspection date and time, which Derek and Stephanie immediately corrected a couple of hours later. The fair pricing and the amazing work they did surpassed the cons. The material list he gave me for the project was minimal and easy to get. They are an amazing couple which I got no bad vibes. Here is what you need to know! I would highly recommend them for your project and get some things done around your household that you just don't have the time for. Regardless of the cons, I believe there are always cons to a project and take them with grace. Just like the company name, they are someone you can trust as well.

WARNING JORDAN IS A SCAM ARIST!!! WHO STEALS MONEY FROM HER CLIENTS!!!…read more I contacted Jordan a few months back. She quoted me $150 for to clean my floors. However I had to reschedule my appointment due me getting covid. So I rescheduled with Her for the end of November 2023. I had some personal things come up and I wasn't going to have the money. So I contacted Her again and explained the situation. We decided that I would contact Her whenever I was ready. So at the beginning of December of 2023. I contacted Her and She said that because I had to reschedule our last appointment I needed to pay $70 up front. So I got the money and PAID HER $70. It's been well over a week now. As soon as She TOOK THE MONEY She has blocked me as well as the Lady who paid on MY BEHALF!!! I felt for Her because She's a single Mom trying to make the ends meet. HOWEVER JORDAN HAS TAKEN $70 AND NOW REFUSES TO CLEAN MY HOME!!!

I will have to say this review is solely on the communication, as I was not able to receive their…read moreservices. First, she was super responsive and answered all the questions I had prior to booking a time and date for a regular clean. Then, I was expecting her to confirm prior to the day of the clean, if our appointment was still set. She didn't, but I reached out to her to confirm. She set the time for 8 am. The day of, I woke up extra early to put some things away so it's out of their way to clean so that it's ready by 8 am. 8 am came and went and she was still not here. I wasn't too upset about it but it was a little bothersome as I have my 3 yo and 6 mo with me. At 08:11 she informs me her assistant is bringing their 4 yo child. If I didn't have kids I don't know how I would have felt about this, but since I have my 3 yo, I was ok with it since he is friendly and loves to play. (At this point in my head I was like, shouldn't you discuss that with your assistant atleast the day before? It just seemed so unorganized) At 0826 she tells me that the little girl has a "flu" and isn't able to go to daycare, but will be wearing a mask. At this point, I quickly became uncomfortable as I can't afford to have my babies sick as we are also leaving on a trip the next day. I told her that and asked her if that means we are cancelling. She said yes. Later, I then asked if we can reschedule and if she would offer a discount since it was last minute cancellation- let alone the day of and passed the appointment time. She ignored me for hours and said she can't cause she wouldn't offer a discount. I said that's fine, I'm okay with the original price of $225. And I said it was just a courtesy question if it's something she would offer for the inconvenience. THEN she tells me *I* was the one that canceled. When in fact she was or we both agreed upon it. But either way I don't think it's professional to bring a sick child over to someone else's house, who has little kids. But the fact of the matter is, I was still willing to pay the original price even if there wasn't a discount. But instead of rescheduling the clean with me, she continues the conversation that I was the one that canceled. I had to show her the screen shot of our convo to show that she cancelled. But again, how is that helpful or productive? Don't blame your client, when your client is still willing to give you business after everything. Anyway, I'm sure the cleaning is exceptional based on the reviews. And I'm bummed that it was a fail for me.
