Had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning company. I scheduled a cleaning several…read moreweeks in advance, but the day before the appointment, I was informed that the price had increased. After reluctantly agreeing to the new price, I was then told on the day of the scheduled cleaning that no cleaners were available and that they would no longer be doing business with me. The communication was also very frustrating. It was difficult to reach the company by phone, and they primarily preferred to communicate through text, which made resolving the situation even more difficult. Overall, I found the experience very unreliable and disappointing, especially when consistency and dependable service are important. I would not recommend this company if you're looking for a reliable, professional, and consistent cleaning service.

The ladies who did the work were kind, thorough, efficient, and extremely trustworthy. An important issue for me is non-toxic/fragrance-free cleaning products, and that requirement was observed with no problem whatsoever. I also want to mention that Soluma generously donates services to the wonderful Cleaning For A Reason program for people who are going through cancer treatment. They also offer discounted cleaning services to those who can participate in a flex schedule. I initially spoke with the owner who was lovely and very professional, and super-organized as far as scheduling etc. Highly recommended!
