I have no idea how this company has gotten so many raving reviews. We had someone come by to give…read moreus an estimate and all seemed good. She told us that they would send for our first cleaning 2 people who would work to do a 'deep cleaning'. They ended in sending ONE person and were charged the same as the quote. When one person came, I asked if she was the only person coming and she said yes. So I assumed that we would be charged less. So was shocked when she asked for the original quote amount. The house was not cleaned well. Dirt in the corners etc. Supposedly the baseboards were supposed to be cleaned, which they weren't. She didn't have cleaning products, I had to supply my own. She didn't even clean the front of our fridge! Yet, we were charged the amount that was to pay for 2 people. When I reached out to the owner, I never got a response, which pretty much says it all..... Really feel as though we were conned. Have had other services when living in Seattle that were all superior to this company. Their 'deep cleaning' thing is a total sham, and I am annoyed that I fell for it. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your cleanings.

WARNING JORDAN IS A SCAM ARIST!!! WHO STEALS MONEY FROM HER CLIENTS!!!…read more I contacted Jordan a few months back. She quoted me $150 for to clean my floors. However I had to reschedule my appointment due me getting covid. So I rescheduled with Her for the end of November 2023. I had some personal things come up and I wasn't going to have the money. So I contacted Her again and explained the situation. We decided that I would contact Her whenever I was ready. So at the beginning of December of 2023. I contacted Her and She said that because I had to reschedule our last appointment I needed to pay $70 up front. So I got the money and PAID HER $70. It's been well over a week now. As soon as She TOOK THE MONEY She has blocked me as well as the Lady who paid on MY BEHALF!!! I felt for Her because She's a single Mom trying to make the ends meet.
