Jared and Rusty came out on 9/1/2026 to install my whole-house generator. Before choosing them, I had four different companies give me bids. Jared was the one who came out for Trusty Rusty, and what I liked about him right away was that he just kept it real. He didn't come across like a salesman, there was no pressure, and he wasn't trying to sell me things I didn't need. He was just straightforward, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I also had the pleasure of talking with Rusty's wife while I was in Germany, and she was an absolute delight. She was friendly, helpful, and just a pleasure to speak with. That kind of thing matters to me because it tells you a lot about the people behind a company. When installation day came, Jared and Rusty did the work themselves and had the entire job finished in about four hours. I was honestly impressed. They were professional, friendly, respectful, and very meticulous about their work. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. The whole experience, from getting the estimate to the final installation, was easy and comfortable. No games, no pressure, just good people doing good work. After getting four bids, I'm very glad I went with Trusty Rusty LLC. If you're looking for someone to install or service a Generac generator, I would have no problem recommending them. Great people, great service, and a job very well done. If you want, I can also make it a little more humorous and folksy so it sounds even more like a personal Facebook-style review.

Also met me at my son's house later that day to check out an electrical issue. Bids were very acceptable and work was scheduled. Work at my son's was done a couple days later. I requested a later date due to prep work and 2 electricians arrived right on time. I had all new receptacles installed, ran 3 new circuits (AC, extra hot water tank and split a previous circuit), wiring ran for new ceiling lights, rerouting old wiring and neatening wires from a wall removal. Our little garage/shop had only 1 available receptacle for everything (freezer, lights, etc). Now we have 16 receptacles for 110 and a drop cord for 220. We are so happy! Equipment that has been sitting for years can now be used and no more blowing a breaker if too many amps are used. In the house I can plug in the vacuum without having to crawl under the table or move something to get to a receptacle. Art, Jerron and Hayden were great to work with. They all listened to us, made suggestions and accomplished everything we needed. Highly recommend!!!!!

Jonathan was different. He was all about details and was scrupulous. He took pictures to show me areas that, down the road, may need work. He commented on the cracked screws around the vent cover, the broken seal around the skylight, the flashing being clean, the current condition of the underlayment, the protective metal shield along the perimeter of the house installed by the previous owner, etc. In spite of some minor issues, he concluded that the roof is in good condition and no repair or replacement is necessary. He didn't charge me anything for the inspection when offered . He explained well and was pleasant. We appreciate his expert advice and will definitely work with him in the future for maintenance and/or replacement when the time is right. Thank you, Jonathan LaMoine and Ben for your help. Jonathan came over and checked everything out, giving us the unfortunate update that we had a lot more issues than we actually knew. When he inspected our roof for a quote, he is the ONLY roofer who took pictures to explain to us what was going on up there. He is also the ONLY roofer who followed up with us after receiving the quote. We had a small legal battle due to our inspector being negligent which is why we didn't know about any of these roofing issues. We did some research on the products they were going to use and after everything we found out it was a clear choice for us on who to proceed with. We signed a contract with them in January and we just completed our roof and gutter installation before the end of March. There was a lot more damage than what we expected which made us even more grateful that we had Jonathan and his team working on our home. He communicated with us the entire time with daily updates on their progress. We are so grateful to LeMoine Roofing and would recommend them to anyone. We can't wait for more housing projects in the future and will absolutely be giving them a call.
